So be it! The recitation of signs is until the signs are seen, as explained in the classification of the generation stage, etc. If stable signs that are not mixed with obstacles are seen, even if the number of days of practice is completed, one should immediately take some accomplishments. For those who are learning to ripen, as explained in the hidden instructions of Rigdzin (670), they should strive for the attainment of the four stages of Vidyadhara, which are the fruits to be obtained. If one must distinguish the four branches of recitation and practice, in our own tradition it is said: "Holding the mind on the main deity is recitation; The complete main deity and retinue is near recitation; Diligently reciting is practice; Radiating and gathering light rays is great practice." This means that obtaining the holding of the mind on the main deity is recitation, obtaining clarity and stability on the complete main deity and retinue is near recitation, diligently reciting and meditating is recitation practice, radiating and gathering light rays purifies the outer and inner worlds, and practicing appearance and attachment as Dharmata is shown as the activity of great practice. In general, recitation is like approaching a dangerous place, using the analogy to illustrate that bringing the wisdom of what is to be recited closer to one's own mindstream is recitation, thereby merging the mind and heart is near recitation, making wisdom independent is practice, and great practice is the activity of practicing the four types of activities mainly for the benefit of others, and is related to (Tibetan: འུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) (671). Whether reciting or practicing, no matter how many sessions are done each day, in each session, one should make offerings of emptiness tormas and confess sins through the hundred-syllable mantra. At the end of the evening session, one should perform the Tsog offering and offer tormas to the Dharma protectors, both common and uncommon. When concluding the session, all pure outer and inner contents gradually dissolve into the main deity. Furthermore, the heart-essence (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) is dissolved into the Nada, and by resting in the state of non-elaboration, the extremes of permanence and annihilation are destroyed. In the post-meditation state, the complete deity body, like an illusion, arises from the path, thereby eliminating the extremes of existence and non-existence, and the nature of sound, fame, and the three mountains is inseparable from the three mandalas, thereby engaging in daily activities. When going to sleep at night, after completing the absorption, after dedicating the merits, etc., one should again clearly visualize the protective circle, and focus the mind on the revolving mantra garland at the heart, reciting it while falling asleep. In the yoga of waking up in the morning (672), starting from the common and uncommon preliminaries such as Guru Yoga
