In the vital pulse of the navel. The wrathful great powerful one empowers. Oṃ vajrakrodha mahābala hūṃ. Vajrakrodhi cunta mune hūṃ abhiṣiñca māṃ. For the sake of purifying the place of false speech. If one can subdue one's own mind stream, and obtain the empowerment of Hayagriva, one will be able to subdue the three realms. If one obtains an empowerment that others cannot overcome, one will be able to pacify the blazing of afflictions. If one obtains the empowerment of swirling nectar, one will be able to kill the poisons of the three realms. If one obtains the empowerment of the victorious three realms, one will be able to grasp whatever objects there are. If one obtains the empowerment of great power, one will obtain the empowerment of great taming. If one obtains the empowerment of the six supreme sons, one will be able to tame the arrogance of the world. If one obtains the empowerment of charnel ground substances, one will be able to tame the king of demons. If one obtains the empowerment of body, speech, and mind, one will be able to fill the three realms with emanations. If one obtains the empowerment of Vajrakila, one will be able to tame the arrogant ones. Relying on auspicious and sacred substances, if one can obtain that sacred object itself, then the qualities of goodness are beyond expression. If one obtains the empowerment of Vajra of Life, one will become the Vajra of Life itself. If one obtains the empowerment of the treasure of enjoyment, one will possess the power of inexhaustible increase. The qualities of empowerment are beyond expression. If one does not completely obtain all the empowerments, it is like leaving residue after making pottery.
