Since you have no edge or center, it is the measure of empty space. Since the mind does not dwell in one place, it is the measure of moving wind. Since all qualities arise from the mind, it is the measure of moist water. Since the mind cannot be destroyed by anything, it is the measure of solid earth. Since the nature of the mind is clear and sharp, it is the measure of burning fire. Since samsara and nirvana both depend on the mind, it is Mount Meru. Since the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment are gathered in the mind, it is the palace. Since the alaya consciousness is uninterrupted, it is the round center. Since the edge of the afflicted mind is sharp, it is the four-sided divine garment. Since the mind's consciousness emits a half-tone, it is the horse stable. Since the five sense consciousnesses enter everywhere, it is four-doored and has bull's eyes. In the causal stage, the obscurations purified by the purification of the three, channels, bindus, and winds, are symbolized here by the appearance of the outer, inner, and other three mandalas, thus seeing the reality that the wisdom of meaning cannot be sought from outside. Secondly, if the deities (61) residing in the palace are regarded as coarse and independent individuals similar to samsara, then like rakshasas and demons, they are nothing more than the state of samsara. The tantra says: If the view is separated from the base, it is not the true vajrakila. The deity bound by attachment has a base and root. Since it becomes definite, it is not effortless wisdom. The vajrakila of meaning is separated from the base, it is only an appearance, not clinging to its own nature. Therefore, the pure appearance from the sphere of the dharmakaya temporarily manifesting in the form of the rupakaya, represented by symbols and signs, should be viewed in this way, as the tantra says: Three heads, six arms, with vajra wings. The three heads are the heads of the three liberations. The middle is dark blue, indicating that the dharmakaya is unchanging, and the symbol of completely cutting off hatred. The right is white, indicating that the dharmakaya has no faults, and because of the inner purification of afflictions. The left is red, indicating the attachment of compassion and skillful means, and the symbol of completely cutting off desire. Showing nine eyes, indicating the gathering of the nine grounds of samsara, and because it possesses the nine vehicles. Relying on twelve teeth, indicating the complete cutting off of the twelve ayatanas, and the flesh-eating fierce
