Please see with immaculate eyes! Right now, right here in the mandala, look with faith. You are also born from the lineage of the Buddha, through the blessings of mantra and mudra, look at this excellent mandala. (vajra maṇḍala brāveśaya ho, May the Vajra Mandala enter!) Ema! Son of good vessel, you are liberated from sins by seeing the colors of this great mandala. Therefore, generate great faith. The symbolic great mandala is actually Akanishta, complete with all the dharmas of the path to enlightenment, and the qualities of the grounds and paths. Recognize all the Buddhas residing therein as your own mind. Because the mind abides in the nature of reality, it is the self-arisen, spontaneously accomplished mandala. This is the general instruction on how to see. If you like elaboration, and want to realize the pure union of the support and the supported as they are, then explain with nine kinds of speech, divided into two parts. The first part, the purity of the support—the palace, is from the 'Intent of Eradication': The meaning symbol of the palace's clarity is: the palace appearing as a square is the meaning symbol of the four immeasurables (58). The four doors appearing in the four directions are the meaning symbol of liberation wisdom. The four stable foundations are the meaning symbol of abandoning the four wrong views, the meaning symbol of being primordially pure. Being decorated with nets and half-nets is the meaning symbol of purifying the afflictions in their place. Eight pillars erected on the purple field are the meaning symbol of the eight noble paths. Arranging five Brahma pillars is the meaning symbol of purifying the five poisons in their place. The sun and moon pillar bases and pillar tops are the meaning symbol of skillful means and wisdom. The upper and lower crossbeams of the field, made into the appearance of the parents' attachment and aversion, are the meaning symbol of purifying the parents' attachment and aversion in their place. The black snake made into a man is the meaning symbol of killing the hatred of samsara. Being decorated with the great charnel ground is the meaning symbol of the afflictions displaying magical powers, sending forth emanations and triple emanations and devouring them. Being decorated with desire-realm goddesses is the meaning symbol of having the five enjoyments. Being decorated with precious umbrellas and so on is the symbol of pure morality. Being decorated with walls of five kinds of jewels is the meaning symbol of the five wisdoms. Being decorated with victory banners in the four corners is the meaning symbol of conquering the conceptual demons. Being decorated with wish-fulfilling trees is the meaning symbol of compassion pervading all. Mountain
