Za. There, hold those with vows, abandon those without vows and those who have broken vows. With the conduct of great ascetics, perfectly perform the tsok khorlo (feast gathering). Like this and so on, in order to make up for broken vows, perform the inner tsok khorlo. In order to accumulate merit and increase fortune, and when generating non-conceptual wisdom, perform the secret tsok khorlo. Through any of these three tsok khorlos, purify obscurations and set on the path to liberation. Through this great tsok khorlo, the blood-drinking deities of the five families, father and mother, and the assembly of the ten wrathful father and mother deities and dakinis, through offerings, accomplishments naturally arise. Messengers listen to commands, listen to instructions, and liberate all afflictions of the three realms. Obtain supreme and common accomplishments. Kings, Brahmins, householders, and others, the arrogant fortune is also brought under control. Pacify harm and malice, and increase wealth. Liberate those who are malicious and harbor hatred. Therefore, the tsok khorlo is also said by the wise to be something that should be done. Thus it is said. Third, the action practice or great practice is: first, approach the oath-bound ones, and then there is a separate method for performing the action practice of the six mantras. Even so, for those who do not have a specific object to be accomplished, relying on tormas and conducive substances, just do a little bit of approaching the oath-bound ones. In the practice pit, on top of the placed zanling (barley flour cake) (page 323), place the piled torma of the oath-bound couple. Arrange whatever conducive substances can be obtained. The torma has three kinds of wisdom. When approaching, visualize it as abiding like the protective wall of the mandala, and being afflicted by the rays of light of the main deity, effortlessly performing fierce activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating. Recite the four hearts combined into one, thirty-five thousand times. At that time, from the oral instructions of the three wisdoms that were famous among the previous vajrakila masters, the wisdom of knowing as the deity is: the rays of light arising from the heart mantra and the garland of mantras, like lighting a lamp in a dark room, all the deities of the three realms of the mandala appear very clearly, and practice appearing without inherent existence. The wisdom of summoning and returning is: at the end of the rays of light, emanate countless messengers, and with the four mudras, summon, bind, tie, and intoxicate, and then merge into the fisherman. The wisdom of knowing as the nature of reality is: the rays of light arising from all the deities purify the sins and obscurations of all sentient beings of the three realms, and especially the one who is being harmed.
