Having relied on many Nyingma lamas, he heard many teachings and treasures of the Nyingma tantras. He made many notes on the Great Perfection lineage and so on. The qualities of his experience and realization were exceedingly perfect. In the works such as 'Ma Gur,' it is said, 'All dharmas are true from every perspective, but the term Great Perfection is of great significance. The way a beggar understands it should also be explained in that way. Direct realization also arises from that.' And, 'Practicing the nature of reality is Mahamudra, one; transforming adverse circumstances into the path is Paramita, two; abandoning suffering by transforming appearances into the path is peace, three; ultimately delivering the mind to exhaustion is Great Perfection, four. These four are the sacred dharma of a yogi like me, and I do not crave any other dharma.' He said this and made it a standard. Therefore, like the instruction 'If you are adrift, seek Maro,' do not mix those Kagyu lineages with impurities. All the Karmapas, including Lord Dusum Khyenpa and his followers, practiced the Nyingma tantras and Great Perfection through the three doors of hearing, thinking, and meditation. Lord Dusum Khyenpa also heard many Great Perfection teachings, such as Aro Dzogchen, from Lama Drakkarwa, a disciple of the Kadampa Poto Rinpoche, and practiced them. The great accomplished Karma Pakshi received the novice and full ordination from the Nyingma lama of Kham, Katokpa Jampa Bumpa, and requested the Great Perfection and the Nyingma Mother Tantras, and practiced them. After that, the omniscient Tulku Rangjung Dorje heard the empowerments, transmissions, sadhana mandalas, and endless instructions of the Nyingma tantras from Mantra Holder Do Nakpa, U Tsebpa, the accomplished scholar Orgyenpa, Nyedo Kunga Dondrup, Nyan (792) Ras, Namtokpa Zhonnu Bumpa, and Kumaraja, and became skilled and made them the essence of his practice. He also made the Great Heart Essence text and other notes and sadhana cycles. He also quoted from his own treatises such as 'Profound Inner Meaning' and 'Ocean of Samaya,' and when identifying the five dharmas of the central channel, the root of profound illness, he quoted from the Nyingma scriptures, saying, 'The mind of the five pure essences gathered in the heart refers to this alone.' The pure essence of flesh is in the central channel, the pure essence of blood.

"Ma A Thung. The essence of coarse cloth is Maha. The essence of wind is life force. The essence of essence is the Alaya consciousness." Thus it is said. When explaining the root bindu, it is said: The meaning of bindu is that bindu, which is sesame, is the essence of great bliss. Le is the unfolding of many appearances. Vimala said so. And, when explaining the state of consciousness in ordinary times: Again, From the beginning, the primordial purity, without error, Spontaneous accomplishment manifests clearly. The habit without delusion, Is the three-fold ignorance. Consciousness clear and bright, awareness vivid and sharp, For a moment, it turns outward, from the aspect of appearance, With the mind grasping the object as self, With the impure focus of the four conditions, The appearances of the six objects arise separately. The six afflictions grasp as self. Then gradually, of the container and contents, The forms of many appearances gather. Children who do not know this, Like water buckets, remain continuously. Measuring their own bodies and limits. Thus, the great scholar Vimala said when summarizing the meaning of Dzogchen. And, when generating deities from the body's channels and chakras (793), from the crown of the head arise the mandalas of the body, such as Manjushri, from the throat arise the mandalas of speech, such as Hayagriva, from the heart arise the mandalas of mind, such as Akshobhya and Yangdak, from the navel arise the mandalas of Ratnasambhava and Amrita qualities, from the secret place arise the mandalas of Amoghasiddhi and Vajrakilaya activity, and from the limbs and joints arise the mandalas of the Matrikas, and in these branches, all the worldly deities and wrathful mantras are also branches of the body's channels, winds, and bodhicitta, as taught in the tantras and instructions. Furthermore, in many of the treatises composed by yourself, quotations from the Nyingma tradition are cited and well explained. In addition, Hayagriva, Subduing Arrogance, and other generation stage practices, and when Lagchi's Cho Karma resided in Tsen, he met Vimala, and all the words and meanings of Dzogchen expanded in his mind, and he composed many generation and completion stage writings, such as the Heart Essence catalog. It occurred to him that it would be reasonable if this Dzogchen Heart Essence had a lineage transmitted from Padmasambhava. Later, Padmasambhava revealed
