From the sound of Na Pa Na Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), the Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllable arises, its nature being indigo light, appearing inconceivably, filling the entire abdomen like a granary filled with grain, completely filled with Te Tsor Ne Tser. All the flesh, blood, diseases, and ailments clung to the solidity of one's own body are completely purified like hair dust and molten iron. Similarly, all diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, afflictions, habitual tendencies, and including the obscurations of knowledge, are burned and purified by these Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllables, making the essence of awareness utterly devoid of substance, completely empty. The clear radiance is undiminished, the deity's form like a rainbow, transparent, free from obscurations, vividly clear. Meditate that the compassionate awareness light, like dust motes in sunlight, the Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllable emits its own sound "Di Ri Ri", filling the entire abdomen. This visualization only requires slight recollection, without rigidly engaging in the creation stage of conceptual fabrication. It is said that such visualization should be done for seven weeks. There are two special necessities for this: firstly, at the present (574), diseases, evil spirits, sins, deteriorations, etc., are purified; and secondly, ultimately, the aggregates will be liberated into a body of light. Therefore, the signs mentioned in the scriptures will surely manifest. Then, for the sake of training the awareness light, the visualization is heated up: by uttering the forceful sound "Dak Tu Hūṃ Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)" with a strong voice. From the doors of the body's senses, and even the tiny pores of the hair, countless unions of skillful means and wisdom Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllables radiate forth. For beginners, for the time being, do not extend the visualization beyond the house where one resides, so that the clinging to reality is destroyed, and the visualization is clear. Visualize that all things within the house, such as pillars, in short, everything that has become solid, are transformed into emptiness by these Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllables, becoming completely empty, and then diligently apply awareness. Then, gradually apply the same visualization to the walls of the house, the scenery of the countryside, mountains, and rocks. Finally, for the world, the vessel founded with gold by the Great Powerful One, and sentient beings, humans and non-humans, ghosts and demons, in short, everything that is considered to be a substance, everything that is labeled as knowable, visualize them as being like the unconditioned sky, and ultimately understand that all appearances and arisings are the play of Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽).

During this time, the nature of all phenomena in the world appears, and the appearance of the environment is liberated into clear light. It has the special necessity of completely cutting off the coarse and subtle entities of Ata (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning). Then shift the focus, visualizing all three thousand worlds as the nature of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum). After that, recite from the mouth: Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱི, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Hrih), Hrīḥ Hrīḥ Hrīḥ Hrīḥ. Visualize in an instant becoming Dakinis with white, yellow, red, green, and blue colors, holding a wheel, jewel, lotus, crossed vajra, and vajra in their right hands, which are the curved knives with handles of each of the (575) lineages, and holding skull cups, blood, and khatvanga in their left hands. From their mouths, they sing the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) song "Kyuru Ru," and only dance the vajra dance, making dance postures, filling the three thousand worlds, shaking, moving, and making subtle sounds. All the compassion and blessings of those Tathagatas and Guru Rinpoche come there in the form of light, merge into oneself, and easily obtain the two siddhis. Visualize the increase of splendor and glory. Again, visualize light in the form of iron hooks spreading in all directions. From the realms of the world, hook out the hearts of all the untamed Eight Classes of arrogant beings of the outer, inner, and secret realms, such as Ishvara, Brahma, Indra, Yama, etc., who are said to have great power, and bring them under control. Visualize them prostrating and dancing, saying, "What should I do? I am your servant," and make the sound of the five Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum). Guide in this way for about two weeks. This is assuming that this practice is done for one month. In other cases, distribute according to the length of the practice time, according to the method described above. This is an extremely profound oral instruction that is usually practiced as a Yidam, so never omit all the goals.
