Because there is no other way than to uproot (afflictions) from their source. Therefore, what appears to be blocked from below is emptied into the path from above, making it the king of celibacy who has reached the pinnacle of method. As stated in the Root Tantra of Illusion: Attachment arises to what is unattached, and there is no attachment to what is attached. Therefore, it is the king of celibacy, it is a very great attachment. In this way, do not think that the essence of the three vows is perfected merely by the absence of a small woman, but cherish a true understanding of the accomplished one accompanied by the view, and do not do the work of eradicating (afflictions) yourself. The fourth empowerment is: to offer a mandala as gratitude for the wisdom empowerment and as payment for requesting the precious word empowerment. The supplication is: Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं,Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: 吽)! Bliss-gone-one guru, essence of being! Grant me the supreme fourth empowerment! Thus supplicate. As stated in the Secret Perfection Tantra: Thereafter is the wisdom empowerment, placing a vajra and bell in the hand, waving gestures with a mirror and glass, introducing the meaning symbolized by the ritual. Having done so accordingly, the introduction is: O son of lineage! The essence of the fourth empowerment is to introduce and bestow it through the wisdom that relies on not grasping one's own mind, that is, here, to remember the experience of the wisdom of the third empowerment that was just bestowed, the example of joy and non-separation arising together, the great bliss wisdom of the dharmadhatu that transcends acceptance and rejection. The introduction of the gestures is that emptiness is the gateway to enlightenment, the expanse of space has no limits or center, and its nature does not change into anything, so the vajra is bright inside, the path of dissolution is dim, it is a bodhisattva. The mirror of wisdom without brightness or dimness is the self-born vajra-sattva mirror or the eight-sided Man (429) glass, remembering the mirror that has become the basis for the appearance of all the images of samsara and nirvana, obscured by conceptual thought. Know that the vajra bell and so on that symbolize the union of appearance and emptiness, indivisible, are the introduction of the gestures, without any attachment to the conceptual thoughts of the three times, with the body in the state of possessing the seven dharmas of Vairocana, place the appearance seen by the eyes in a state of non-reliance, and look at the self-born co-emergent wisdom. Remembering the experience of the third (empowerment), remember the space vajra mirror and the vajra bell. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं,Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: 吽)!

Om! Holding the mind in bliss and emptiness, the essence of existence and non-existence is pure. Appearance and emptiness are united, transcending boundaries. Meditate on the meaning of self-nature purity. Thus introduced, in order to transfer blessings, place a crystal stone and a statue of the lama in front. Vajra is the mirror of Vajrasattva, a natural eight-sided crystal stone. Ati Ho Berya! Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Totreng Tsal Vajra Samaya Dza! Siddhi Pala Hum Akaye Waka Chitta Jñana Abhisincha Om Ah Hum Hri. As for a mature student, the third experience gained through bliss, no matter how good the nature of its abiding, in the similar experience of undifferentiated consciousness, due to attachment and the obscurations of knowledge, there is a risk of confusing the meaning of self-nature purity. To eliminate this danger, let the students abide in non-thought, and then recite a wrathful Phat The previous abiding immediately disappears. Here, the co-emergent of the third empowerment does not rely on the victorious wisdom self-nature Great Perfection view, but introduces the third similar dharma, along with metaphors and meanings, thereby purifying the fourth wisdom. This is how the non-learning union of liberation from all sides arises, which is a difficult point to understand in the treatises of the Great Tantra. Not understanding the experience of Bunne Yorra, it disappears in its own place. The antidote of mindfulness loses its source. The proliferation of feelings is pacified, the nature of reality is vast, the non-proliferation of awareness, the involuntary arising of an inconceivable vast space (430), this is the awareness beyond mind, and should be introduced as such, which is also the power of the universal view. Why? The non-thought of mind and the non-thought of awareness, although they seem similar only in non-attention, awareness is clear, manifesting non-proliferation, while the mind abides and is entangled, this is the difference. Likewise, awareness is clear, and objects appear, and the mind abides in its own place, although the two seem similar, awareness is not shaken by sinking or rising, it is extremely clear, without objects. The mind is bound by attachment to objects, this is the difference, so the Great Perfection practitioners of later generations must know this difference. Then, generating conceptual thoughts: the wave of obtaining the fourth empowerment.
