Two are drawing lines and applying colors. First, as stated in the Root Tantra of Illusion: "Five grains, five adornments, five jewels, five essences, five medicines, and five nectars, thoroughly dried." Like this, six sets of five substances, and cow dung, etc., should be applied smoothly and polished well in any place where a mandala is to be made. Then, the hero master gives according to the desired shape of the mandala. From materials such as purchased cloth, five-colored threads spun by a young woman with (367) auspicious signs, or possessing the qualities of five sets of five, with a length twice the size of the mandala and a thickness about one-twentieth of the door, are placed in the center of the mandala. The master and the consort reside in the bliss of the principal deities, father and mother. The thread is invisible, transformed into emptiness. From emptiness, from the five syllables (ཡིག་འགྲུ་ལྔ་), the five lineages of thread appear, transformed into the nature of father and mother, and gathered into one's own body. The melting bodhicitta is scattered in the space of the consort. Zazaaza (ཛཛཛ), combined with the movement of the wind, is given to the consort. She takes it, combines it into one, and blesses it with the heart of dependent origination. The master faces east, and the consort faces west. Ema, the five Buddha families are the main ones, the master vidyadharas, the assembly of deities, etc. This is the time to benefit beings. For the sake of compassion for me and beings, I pray for the excellent Samantabhadra line. Recite three times, shake the hand drum, and draw four wisdom lines, or eight, or sixteen, etc., in the sky without confusion, and with the sound of drawing lines, awaken the master vidyadhara, the all-encompassing mandala, together with the support and the supported, clearly appearing in the sky above. From it, rays of light radiate, illuminating the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. The deities of both sides, in the space directly in front, hold the right thumb and forefinger in a mudra, and the left hand pulls the thread. Visualize everything gathering like a cloud, residing in the sky above, and offer appropriate offerings and praises. At other times, when consecrating deities, draw all the lines completely. Here, only two lines, the Ye line and the Brahma line, are drawn, and with the sound of drawing lines, all the Buddhas are awakened and absorbed into the thread. Then visualize the second thread breaking, and the activities of.

Draw lines on each of the two diameter lines. Then, after (368), draw the wisdom line completely on all the lines. Some say that drawing mandalas in the sky, etc., is not the view of the unsurpassed yoga tantra. However, Master Shakyamitra said the opposite in the action tantra. If that is the case, just as there are many activities in the mandala, it is also said that accumulating merit is very excellent, so there is no need to make such a restriction on the unsurpassed tantra. Why? Because for what should be prohibited, there is no special distinction, and there are more needs. Then, drawing the activity line: there can be a separate line rope, or if not, it can also be the line rope with which the wisdom being Vajra Kilaya (Tibetan: བཛྲ་མུས་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रमुस्, Sanskrit Romanization: vajramus, Chinese literal meaning: Vajra Kilaya) is invited to descend immediately after drawing the lead line. Mix it with the five ambrosias and white glue, and draw the lines without confusing the directions as before, that is: draw two diameter lines in the east, west, south, and north, draw two corner lines in the fire, wind, rakshasa, and dominion, practice like searching for bird tracks, draw the shares of the eight great lines, dig the area of the four corners well, and place them in the sixteen great places. Then, starting from the left and right large portions of the two diameter lines, first draw half, and then draw the other half, the second time divide into four parts to do, the third and fourth do not draw, the fifth abandon the center, the sixth draw half, then draw, the seventh divide into four parts, the eighth abandon the center, the outer layer of lotus petals draw half of the large portion, the halo of five lights draw one small portion, outside of that the charnel ground draw one large portion, the vajra fence draw two small portions, the fire mountain draw one large portion, etc., all of those are drawn in a circle. The center is round, the door width is half, its halo draws one small portion, the eight wheel spokes draw a large portion, outside of that on the two layers of lotus petals, the door width is half and half eight petals, the edge is surrounded by a halo of five lights, the golden ground and blood ground these two, divide the small portion half three without mixing, the four doors horse (369) falls four kinds of postures and, ox back three eyes vajra etc., understand as the Compendium of Intentions Sutra. At that time it is said: if the line breaks, the master dies, if the line end falls off, the disciple dies, if the direction is confused, both are harmed, if the lineage is cut off, the path is harmed. Therefore, the wise should act with caution. Thus it was said, do not act with a naturally dull mind, but practice
