The ability to manifest seven emanations arises from meditating on the palace. The fourteenth, the ability to manifest seven realms of existence, arises from pleasing the lama. The fifteenth, the ability to manifest seven deities of the yidam, arises from meditating on the yidam. The sixteenth, the ability to manifest seven goddesses and enjoy the pure objects of the six senses such as form, and the ability to show the birthplaces of the six realms of beings, and the nineteenth, arise from the completion of all empowerments. Such a hundred kinds of illusory bodies, as many as the number of different bodies, so too are the purifying activities. Furthermore, the temporarily obtained qualities are: through the empowerment with elaboration, the qualities of the body are longevity, freedom from illness, loving-kindness towards beings, possessing merit, accomplishing siddhis, seeing the particles of the body, and so on. The qualities of speech of the empowerment without elaboration are turning the wheel of Dharma, having mastery over the scriptures, being pleasing to the ears of others, listening as instructed, knowing the languages of non-humans, and so on. Through the purification of mind by the empowerment with extreme non-elaboration, one obtains samadhi, wisdom, whatever one thinks appears as dharmata, realizing the equality of the four times, knowing death, transference, and birth, and so on. Through the empowerment with utmost non-elaboration, one makes the mind workable, obtains clairvoyance, blesses immeasurable life, and so on. In particular, obtaining the qualities of the four appearances through the four empowerments is: for the one with elaboration, dharmata is directly perceived; for the one without elaboration, experience increases; for the one with extreme non-elaboration, wisdom is perfected; for the one with utmost non-elaboration, dharmata is exhausted. Each of these obtains a quality of appearance, an inner experience of samadhi, a secret and extraordinary view, and a measure of the complete teachings, thereby making the contaminated invisible and uniting with the ground of Buddhahood. Thus is the great omniscient one's intention. In short, the temporary qualities have been briefly explained. Secondly, the ultimate result is: the protector Vajradhara, having perfected all the qualities of abandonment and realization, is therefore liberated from all obscurations. His qualities are the inexhaustible body, speech, and mind, possessing the nature of the wheel of ornaments, and is definitely an inconceivable dharmata.

However, if we were to summarize all the qualities of the mundane and supramundane into one entity here, then in the commentary on the Uttaratantra it says: 'Thus, the ten powers of the Tathagata, the four fearlessnesses, the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha, and the thirty-two major marks of a great being, all of these manifest and are summarized in one form, becoming sixty-four.' Among these, the ten powers are stated in the Uttaratantra: 'Knowing what is and is not the case, the ripening of actions, faculties and realms, inclinations, all paths, meditative concentrations, freedom from defilements, recollection of past lives, the divine eye, and peace, the ten aspects of the power of knowledge.' That is, knowing what is and is not the case, knowing the ripening of actions, knowing various inclinations, knowing the realms, knowing the superiority and inferiority of faculties, knowing all paths, knowing all defilements, knowing the purification of the ground, knowing the recollection of past lives, knowing death and birth, and knowing the exhaustion of outflows, these are the ten powers. Similarly, the four fearlessnesses are stated in the same text: 'All dharmas are completely awakened, and when obstacles are prevented, showing the path and preventing, fearlessness is fourfold.' That is, being fearless in fully awakening to all dharmas, being fearless in knowing all outflows perfectly, being fearless in showing the body with certainty that the dharmas that obstruct will not change, and being fearless in the path that will certainly lead to obtaining all perfections, these are the four. The eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha are stated in the same text: 'Without confusion and without clamor, the teacher has no loss of mindfulness, all actions are preceded by wisdom, and wisdom is unobstructed in time. Thus, these eighteen others are the unshared qualities of the teacher.' Thus, the Tathagata has no confusion, no clamor, no forgetfulness, no non-equanimity, no different perceptions, no unexamined equanimity, no loss of desire, no loss of diligence, no loss of mindfulness, no loss of samadhi, no loss of wisdom, no loss of liberation, and all bodily actions are preceded by wisdom.
