Now, to indicate the time, two introductions are proclaimed, such as "Thus I have heard, at one time." Those with inverted perceptions say that other sutras and tantras say "Thus I have heard," but here it appears as "Herein taught," so they say it is not a tantra, which is an unintelligent expression. If teaching were fabrication, then in Manjushri it says, "Secret Lord, therefore I, will teach you well." And in the Root Tantra of Chakrasamvara it says, "Then the secret will be taught." If that is said, then those also have the fault of becoming fabricated. If one still wants to establish a distinction, the common "Thus I have heard" means only hearing the words, without understanding the meaning. This unsurpassed one, with the word of time of teaching and explaining, understands all the words and meanings, and the greatness of the teacher and compiler being inseparable is also established, therefore it is superior. Therefore, showing the arising of the meaning tantra is an uncommon introduction. Representing the arising of the word tantra is a common introduction, that is, showing that all vehicles are consistent with the sutras. The actual method of explanation has five great bonds, and the former of the four branches has been quoted. The four branches are from Rigpa Rangdrol: "With the mind like a great garuda soaring in the sky, unfold the entire essence of the meaning and explain. With the wisdom like a tigress leaping, cut off the vast ground of meaning and explain. With the mind like a tortoise crawling slowly, chew the letters of the words thoroughly and explain. With the mind like stringing pearls, combine the instructions into meaning and explain." Thus, the essence of the meaning is unfolded like measuring the vast expanse of the sky, the ground of the sequence is cut off like a tigress leaping into the forest, the meaning of the words is explained like a tortoise walking slowly, and the meaning of the instructions is combined like stringing pearls, which is a general explanation of the method of explaining the tantra. Second, distinguishing the individual characteristics separately, first is the generation stage Mahayoga, which is shown as a tantra of the nature of appearance as skillful means for those who are prone to anger and have many thoughts. It has three aspects: essence, divisions, and determination. First, from the word Maha (藏文,梵文天城体:महा,梵文罗马拟音:mahā,汉语字面意思:大) is derived "great," from the word Yoga (藏文,梵文天城体:योग,梵文罗马拟音:yoga,汉语字面意思:结合) is derived "yoga," and from the word Tantra (藏文,梵文天城体:तन्त्र,梵文罗马拟音:tantra,汉语字面意思:续) is derived "tantra," which is the great yoga skillful means tantra.

Thus. In this way, Viewing all phenomena appearing in the play of existence as deities and vast immeasurable palaces, clearly visualizing the five aggregates, six elements, twelve sense bases, etc., as a single mudra of the deities, taking the great non-dual wisdom of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, with the five winds as the main aspect, as the primary path, and believing that appearance, sound, and awareness are all perfected as the nature of the three mandalas, thereby hoping to attain liberation in this life. Secondly, there are three divisions: believing that the essence is primarily the basis, path, and fruition; believing that the means of the path are primarily the practice; and believing that the transformation of various paths is primary. The first is: In the "Mirror of Explanatory Tantras," it says, "All dharmas are non-dual, the self-aware bodhicitta nature." And in the "Subsequent Heart Tantra," it says, "Tantra is explained as continuous, from means and cause comes the result." Therefore, what is to be realized is the nature of the basis tantra, the luminosity of mind itself; and what manifests as names, words, and letters to represent it, the progression by which it is realized, is the means or path tantra, the empowerment that ripens and the profound samadhi of the generation and completion stages that liberates, from the unwavering heat of single-pointedness, qualities are increasingly cultivated. As it is said, "Wonderful and miraculous dharmas, do not come from elsewhere, but the wisdom that relies on means, arises in such a state." Having practiced in this way, the tantra of the ultimately perfected result is the manifestation of self-arisen wisdom, which is also considered the most supreme practice. Relying on the tantra of the basis to be purified, by purifying the temporary stains to be purified, with the tantra of the path or means of purification, the result of purification, the unsurpassed supreme fruit, is joined to the realm of the tantra that is never interrupted, this is what is called tantra. In the "Manifestation of the Variety of Illusions," it says, "The accomplished yogi is the great yogi, the spontaneously accomplished is manifested as it is, it is merely imputed, there is no duality. Therefore, one speaks of that as that." So it is said. The second is believing that the means of the path are primarily the practice: the mandala of the body is Manjushri's Magical Net, the mandala of speech is Padma's Magical Net, the mandala of mind is Heruka, the mandala of qualities is Ratnasambhava, the mandala of activity is Illu
