In short, for the sake of understanding, the Eight Thousand Verses are condensed into essence. For those who are fond of verses, all the meanings of the Prajnaparamita are gathered, and the 'Heap of Precious Qualities' is taught. At that time, the sons of the gods said, 'How wonderful! Alala! We see the second turning of the wheel of Dharma in Jambudvipa.' It is specially proclaimed. This category of Dharma is known as 'The Path of the Great Person, the Way to Reach the Other Shore.' Thus, the all-knowing one realizes in Prajna. From the two great vehicles of cause and effect, all the secrets that are truly spoken are the stages of the path of the great person. So it is. The third turning of the wheel is, in uncertain places such as the city of Vaishali, it is taught to various types of disciples who have entered the Great Vehicle. Its basis is taught from the three natures: the completely imputed, the dependent, and the thoroughly established. Thus, in the three wheels that are established, the first turning of the wheel expresses the subject matter through the Vinaya Pitaka, which explains the training of higher morality; the second turning of the wheel expresses the subject matter through the Sutra Pitaka, which explains the training of higher concentration; the third turning of the wheel expresses the subject matter through the Abhidhamma Pitaka, which explains the training of higher wisdom. This is stated with the intention of emphasizing the main points. If divided, the first turning of the wheel also has the Vinaya of the Vinaya, the Sutra of the Vinaya, and the Abhidhamma of the Vinaya; similarly, the second turning has the Vinaya of the Sutra, the Sutra of the Sutra, and the Abhidhamma of the Sutra; and the third turning has the Vinaya of the Abhidhamma, the Sutra of the Abhidhamma, and the Abhidhamma of the Abhidhamma. The system of the three pitakas is the characteristic of the Dharma that is complete in each different teaching. Among them, the uncommon view is that for those who gradually enter according to the minds of the disciples, it seems that the three wheels are taught in sequence; for those who enter simultaneously, it seems that it is shown at the moment of completing the action. As it is said in the 'King of the Qualities of Adornment Sutra': 'I have not said anything, yet it appears to all sentient beings. Whenever the desire to manifest gradually arises, it is the same for them. For those who enter at the same time, the complete category of Dharma appears. The greatness of the speech that fulfills the wishes like a wish-fulfilling jewel is that.'

Because it was said that way. Some people do not understand the difference between the Greater and Lesser Vehicles, and the broad explanation method that accords with the appearances of those to be tamed, and say that it is biased, which is unreasonable. The Great Chariot (referring to the Venerable Longchenpa) said: 'Here, some teachers think that the three wheels are turned simultaneously, and some think that they are taught in sequence. Both of these views are only confused about the difference between the common and uncommon bases.' That's what he said. In addition, these wheels are not self-natured by sound and words themselves, but like a wish-fulfilling jewel, they produce benefits in accordance with the wishes of sentient beings. Therefore, the Ratnakuta Sutra says: 'Peaceful wisdom, from which night manifest complete perfect enlightenment, to which night enter nirvana, I have not said even a single word of Dharma.' For such a statement, it is truthfully admitted in the ultimate truth, and it is also wrong to think that sound and words themselves are self-natured in the conventional truth. The Omniscient Great Venerable said: 'Some people say that it is not taught in the ultimate truth, but taught in the conventional truth, which is also confused about the reality that transcends speech and words and appears like words in accordance with the appearances of sentient beings.' Because there is the teaching of the Samadhiraja Sutra, here, only for the sake of opening the beginning of the source of the Dharma, it is not necessary to make a loud noise even if the classification of the Greater and Lesser Vehicles is mixed. Here it says: The root of dependent arising, in the forest of ignorance and darkness, sentient beings covered by the net of birth, old age, sickness and death, are intolerable by the power of the compassionate vows of the Brahma tree, and are taken out from the auspicious twin breasts of the nectar of wonderful Dharma. In that virtuous vase, which is free from the eight extremes of elaboration, when the essence of all the sutras and treatises is condensed into essence, in order to guide the entry of countless vehicles, the three doors of liberation transcend the realm of speech. The body of the power of incredible compassion, even if approached by the substance of sound and rock, clearly appears in the pure mirror of faith, this is the Dharma of Shakya Lion, not others.' With this verse as a transition, now in order to subdue other unruly debaters, showing the waves of activities such as great miracles.
