Since everything is perfected, one is liberated from all obscurations. Its qualities are that the body, speech, and mind are the inexhaustible nature of the wheel of adornment, and although it is determined to be an inconceivable Dharma nature, for the time being, if we summarize it here as possessing all the qualities of the mundane and supramundane, as stated in the commentary on the Uttaratantra: Thus, the ten powers of the Tathagata, the four fearlessnesses, the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha, and the thirty-two major marks of a great being, all of these are manifested in one form and summarized into sixty-four. Among them, the ten powers are stated in the Uttaratantra: "The possible and impossible, the results of actions, the faculties, the elements, the inclinations, the paths of all-going, the concentrations, the stainlessness of afflictions, the recollection of past lives, the divine eye, and the peaceful ones are the ten powers of knowledge." This means knowing what is possible and impossible, knowing the ripening of actions, knowing various inclinations, knowing the elements, knowing the superior and inferior faculties, knowing all paths, knowing the all-going, knowing the stainlessness of afflictions, knowing recollection, knowing the divine eye, and knowing peace, these are the ten powers. Similarly, the four fearlessnesses are stated in the same text: "Perfectly awakened to all dharmas, preventing obstacles, showing the path, and showing cessation are the four fearlessnesses." This means being fearless in realizing perfect enlightenment in all dharmas, being fearless in knowing all defilements well, being fearless in indicating the body and speech that are certain not to change from the dharmas that obstruct, and being fearless in the path that will certainly lead to obtaining all perfections, these are the four. The eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha are stated in the same text: "Without error, without clamor, without forgetfulness, with knowledge preceding all actions, without obscuration of knowledge at the time, thus these eighteen are qualities unshared by others." Thus, the Tathagata has no confusion, no clamor, no forgetfulness, no non-absorption, no diverse thoughts, no unexamined equanimity, no diminished desire, dili-
