Of mind, suchness and all that arises, these are not real objects, but the dependent origination of one's own mind's merit. Wondrous miracles and amazing dharmas do not easily come from elsewhere, but arise from such a state of wisdom based on skillful means. Thus it is said. Therefore, in the supreme philosophical tenets, those who do not understand this principle and speak with small minds and false accusations, saying that the tantras are not authentic because they are not known in India, but were made by Tibetans, are only accumulating the cause of long-term existence in the lower realms by falsely accusing many authentic tantras, precepts, and sutras. Those Indian tantras were also brought by great accomplished ones from places such as Ornament, Shambhala, and Malaya. Not all tantras are present in India either. Even if they were, you could not see them all by going only once or twice. Because the names of the sutras and tantras in small temples are not included in the catalog, it does not mean that the others do not exist. Therefore, one should not slander the great guides of the past. In this Tibet, there are many sutras and tantras that exist but are not found in India. In the past, teachers such as Padmasambhava brought many tantras from places such as Oddiyana and the islands of the dakinis, and translated them. Among the sutras, before Nyima Drakpa's ancestor passed away, many sutras that had been translated into Chinese, such as the Avatamsaka Sutra, the Nirvana Sutra, and the Vinaya Pitaka, were translated by Vairochana and Ba Sangshi Lotsawa based on the understanding of the Chinese pandit Heshang Mahayana. Therefore, the standard for measuring Dharma and individuals can only be held by the omniscient one, and others cannot hold it. The Ratnakuta Sutra says: "Light Protector! Only I or someone like me can measure Dharma and individuals, but not others, because they will fall into wrong views." In Dharma, the authentic teachings are the words of the Buddha. One should not think that the incarnate body has passed away in the past and no longer exists now. It always appears before those who have faith. It is also possible that he will clarify teachings that were not previously proclaimed in the sutras and tantras, so one should not slander him. All teachings that lead to the path of liberation and teach the abandonment of samsara should be regarded as the authoritative teachings of the Buddha.

That is, from the Uttaratantra: "In the three realms, it is said to abandon afflictions, and whoever speaks of the qualities of peace, that is the speech of a sage, and the rest is contradictory." This is established. The Buddha is constantly abiding, so he does the work of those to be tamed. Also, the teachings of blessings are: from mountains, trees, men, women, children, girls, birds, and wild animals, the sound of categories of Dharma arises, and this has also been clearly stated. Therefore, one should not mistakenly think that what happened in the past cannot happen now, because blessings can happen. Therefore, it is appropriate to regard as sacred whatever one has faith in and to make it one's yidam. But one should never slander others. It is said. If what happened in the past is false, then what is its basis? In that case, what happens later will also become false, because its meaning does not exceed what came before. There are only slight differences in words, or more or less. Therefore, many accomplished masters have appeared in these great tantras of the new and old, and the empowerments and blessings have been uninterrupted, so it is only true. The teacher

This is the third chapter. Second, regarding the explanation of the Early Translation Nyingma Vajrayana, there are two parts: first, establishing the manner of its origin, and second, explaining its classifications. The first part is further divided into two: first, a general presentation of the way the speaker, the teacher, came, and second, a specific explanation of the way he spoke. The first part is from the Root Tantra of Magical Manifestation: For the sake of meaningful enjoyment, the victorious ones of the ten directions, like clouds, gathered around the ascetic who has accomplished the purpose, and at dusk and dawn, bestowed the power to devour the sun and moon, and through showing the playful Kara, thus, thus, they departed. As the common tradition says, first, generate bodhichitta, and in the meantime, accumulate merit for three countless eons. Regarding the basis for enacting the twelve deeds in this realm, especially the practice of asceticism, as it is said in the Drop of Liberation from the Foot of Buddha Wisdom: Why did Shakyamuni accumulate merit for three countless eons? Did he realize this meaning at the Nairanjana River? In reality, no, he was in meditative absorption. At that time, the Sugatas of the ten directions dispelled the suddenly arising attachment, and the profound, clear, non-dual wisdom, pure like the expanse of the sky, was revealed. Like the victorious ones at the time of dawn, through practicing this, at the time of dawn, in a single instant, he attained perfect realization. In order to tame beings, he remained at the Bodhi tree, completely defeating the great armies of demons, and in order to take hold of sentient beings, he turned the wheel of Dharma. Thus, during the time of asceticism, he kept the body of fruition in that very place, and attained Buddhahood in Akanishta with the body of wisdom. Again, for the benefit of sentient beings, he showed the manner of attaining Buddhahood at Vajrasana. Outwardly, he is Shakyamuni; inwardly, he is Vajradhara; secretly, he is the glorious Samantabhadra, who from the beginning is liberated from the bonds of grasping and being grasped. As it is said in the Lankavatara Sutra: In the desire realm and the formless realm, the Buddha will not manifestly attain Buddhahood. In Akanishta of the form realm, you, free from desire, will attain Buddhahood. Furthermore, the truly enlightened one attains Buddhahood there, and one emanation Buddha attains Buddhahood here. Those who are of little intelligence and weak faith regard such teachers of the three kayas as different in essence and divide them into factions and biases, and also many pure tantras and instructions.
