Abide in that state! If there is no realization, there is nothing to meditate on in the mind; for those who have realized, there is no object to meditate on, no act of meditating. Just as the sky cannot point to the sky, so emptiness cannot meditate on emptiness. Non-dual wisdom is like water and milk, all kinds of flavors merge into one, great bliss is непрерывно. Thus, it is shown that awareness is primordially free from elaboration. If one artificially constructs it with the aims of generation and completion stages, recitation and meditation, etc., it will not transcend conceptual mind and will be ошибаться. As it says: Some are tormented by empowerment, some say "Hum Phat (藏文:ཧཱུཾ་ ཕཊ།,梵文天城体:हुं फट्,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:吽 啪)" and count rosaries, some eat feces, urine, blood, semen, and meat, some practice the yoga of channels and winds and are confused. Therefore, one should establish as the basis the uninterrupted nature of reality that is free from thought and fabrication, and transcends mental activity. The characteristic of this uncommon path is that it does not fall into conceptual mind, but directly looks at the wisdom of manifest luminosity. On the path, it is necessary to purify the defilements and gross aggregates of the three doors, the fluctuating experiences, and the coarse wind-mind, so the sequence of the four visions is taught. When these return to self-purification, the signs of the completion of the lower grounds and paths naturally arise. Because the higher is completed, the lower is naturally completed, so великое совершенство does not require practice and progression on the same ground. This one ground is the ground of spontaneously accomplished awareness, as it says in the Kunje Gyalpo Tantra: Without transformation, without practice, the ground of spontaneously perfected awareness. Thus it is. As for the entry into the path of an individual, after the completion of all empowerments, one must first have faith in the common preliminaries, the paths of the lower vehicles, and make them the foundation for ascending higher. Then, after completing the uncommon preliminaries including the practice of transference, one is introduced to the pristine awareness that is unmixed with mind, the great naked awareness. The difference between mind and awareness is that the Rangshar says: The example of mind and awareness is like water and bubbles. Awareness is like clear water, abiding in the center of the heart; while the characteristic of mind is like a bubble of water, arising from the activity of wind, flowing in the channels, and manifesting various phenomena.

Because it is not a contradictory substance, it is of an indivisible nature. If you say so, it is not so. The mind follows the presence or absence of awareness, while awareness does not change with the presence or absence of mind. Therefore, awareness can pervade the mind, but the mind cannot pervade awareness. Therefore, if awareness is not controlled by the mind, then the mind is controlled by awareness. For example, just as it is impossible for waves to arise from a crooked spring, if awareness is crooked, it is impossible for the mind's conceptual thoughts not to waver. Those Great Perfection practitioners who want to attain Buddhahood in the mind without understanding this point are extremely ignorant. Therefore, the *Condensed Meaning Tantra* says: "Foolish people who do not see the definitive meaning, say that there is no Dharma other than the mind. Therefore, foolish people, their minds are confused. Foolish meditators are destroyed by meditating on darkness. This Dharma of the mind that comes to mind should be abandoned." It also says: "All ignorant and deluded beings, say that the Dharmakaya itself is also the mind. Therefore, they do not understand the meaning of the words, it is difficult to understand the definitive meaning from the names. Therefore, they cannot realize the nature of the mind. Wanting to attain Buddhahood from the mind, is like a eunuch marrying a daughter." Therefore, all the minds of the three realms and the fifty-one mental factors are merely imputed, as it is said in the *Two Truths*: "The mind and mental factors are of the three realms, conceptual thoughts with false characteristics." Therefore, if ignorance is confused with the mind, and awareness with the name of wisdom, then one is very far from the state of liberation. Even in the great treatises such as Madhyamaka, which take the mind as the path, in the definition of self-emptiness and other-emptiness, just as when distinguishing between "outer emptiness" and "inner emptiness," one does not say "outer emptiness" and "inner emptiness," but says "outer emptinessness" and "inner emptinessness" to distinguish between having "-ness" and not having "-ness," the mind and mind-essence are divided into two, and the nature of the eight consciousness aggregates, or seven consciousnesses, or six consciousnesses, is summarized as what should be abandoned, while the self-nature purity of mind-essence is understood as what should be attained, thereby practicing the path. If you ask: Then are these two the same? Answer: There is a great difference. In the *Klong Drugpa* it says: Great Bodhisattva, awareness and the mind-essence that arises from awareness are beyond all defilements and conceptual thoughts. In short, all the causes and effects of Nirvana, and the birth of awareness self-appearing
