Za-ldem. 36. For those who appear in an adversarial manner, bringing harm from evil spirits, and who combine hot and cold elements into means of killing, whose minds delight in weaving with the stitches of stinginess, may it transform into dwelling in loving-kindness towards all beings! 37. For those sentient beings who are hungry due to extreme instability, since they are not content and are not friendly with conceptual thoughts, may the sleeping maiden transform the sound of flowing water into a melodious flute, and may there be no confusion between valleys, rivers, and forests. 38. In the visible Dharma, wherever there is happiness or suffering in the world, may those kings who are able to give like an illusion, be content with the taxes and territories ordained by fate, and may they govern their kingdoms according to the Dharma. 39. May the Chakravartin king not be accompanied by the fear of war, may the vassal kings of the regions no longer use the weapons that bring death, but instead devote their energy to sharpening their blades, may happiness be as steep as a mountainside, and may the name of strife be extinguished, leaving only remnants. 40. May all sentient beings who enjoy happiness in the higher realms be fully engaged in the correct view of the world, and be friendly to each other. May they be freed from the bonds of having to endure, liberating their bodies and minds, and breathing freely, and may they welcome the joyful songs with a hundredfold delight. 41. May the conceptual thoughts of stealing, robbing, and deceiving, which arise from that filth of self-reliance and the face of shame, no longer be stable. May the evil thoughts of clinging to self, and of abusing and harming wild animals in the forests, rot from their roots. 42. May the painful arrows of alternating hot and cold, transformed into the killing means of enemies, and the body adorned with sharp razors, full of hatred and greed, become emaciated, lose the strength to stand, and in the afterlife, may the punishment of vomiting out of fear be removed. 43. For those Rakshasas and hungry ghosts who indulge in drinks filled with bloody vapor, intoxicated with extreme joy, and who peer at the lives of others with three hateful eyes, may the mind of Bodhichitta also take root in their hearts. 44. For those who shave their heads with razors, wear silk and noble garments, and deeply contemplate the purpose of these actions, yet hold onto the non-dual teachings with mere superficial symbols, may their enthusiasm for the Dharma forever diminish. 45. May the new pond of wisdom lotuses of the wise become a place where the swans of right view frolic, and may all the Dharmas, without mixing their own nature, flourish deep within the heart, becoming a place of learning.
