The twenty-fifth chapter of the Ekajati, the mistress of Dharma, the Pūrvavajrakīla Tantra. It was revised and finalized by the Indian master Dānaśīla and the Tibetan master Gelong Yangwangter. In general, at the end of the collection of tantras, or the assembly equivalent to four hundred categories of Dharma, the realization of the Tantra Garland is narrated, appearing extremely beautiful with the adornment spreading throughout Jambudvipa. The essence of the ocean of scriptures well-spoken by the Tathagata. The treasure of Vidyadharas, or rather, the realization of the ancient Tantra Garland, called the Adornment Spreading Throughout Jambudvipa, in which the exposition of the Dharma's abode is discussed, this is the eighth chapter. The ninth chapter is a treatise on making effort meaningful through the distinction of dedication and noble aspirations. The ninth general meaning, in order to make effort meaningful, dedication is divided into three

It is not mentioned in your scriptures and other treatises, because in the 'Praise of Excellence' it is also said: 'This collection of merits accumulated, completely dedicated to sentient beings, whatever the Blessed One has said, such is not explained in the treatises.' Therefore, for those who have the necessary connection, follow the Buddhist schools, and wish to attain Nirvana in the peaceful and sacred city, it is extremely important to dedicate all the accumulated mass of merits to the sacred state of Nirvana and make it grow. For example, even a small root of virtue, if first seized by the mind of enlightenment, without attachment in the middle, and finally dedicated and made to grow, if these three are complete, then until the attainment of the Bodhi fruit, it will not be exhausted in the Bardo, and will increase inconceivably, mature into the cause of Bodhi, etc., having immeasurable necessity, and is completely related to the path of liberation and omniscience. For example, a drop of water falling into the great ocean, its continuation will not be exhausted until the end of the kalpa, can be taken as an example. As it is said in the 'Inquiry of Ocean of Wisdom': 'As a drop of water falls into the great ocean, until the ocean is not exhausted, it is also not exhausted. Likewise, the merit of Bodhi dedication, until Bodhi is not attained, it is also not exhausted.' Similar to this, it is also recorded in the 'Sutra of Inexhaustible Wisdom'. If lacking such dedication, then it will be exhausted in the Bardo. Therefore, many great virtues practiced with faith become meaningless, because merely being drawn by a good mind, although temporarily reborn in a good realm, but merely that will be exhausted, or even if not completely exhausted, the power of merit will become weak, so that the ability to produce fruit later becomes small, and in sacred places, it will be damaged by anger and other unwholesome actions. The 'Entering the Middle Way' says: 'If it has been used and actually exhausted, then from that onwards, no enjoyment will arise.' The 'Entering the Bodhisattva's Way of Life' also says: 'The merit accumulated for a thousand eons, giving offerings to the Buddhas, and other virtuous deeds, all of that can be destroyed by a single anger.'

Thus it is. Therefore, the method of dedication should only be directed towards the All-Knowing, which is the way of gradually ascending upwards. In the Sutra Requested by Licchavi, it says: Even the many should be understood as few, because it is dedicated to the All-Knowing. Thus it is. Like this, being grasped by the three excellences is a virtue that accords with liberation; if not grasped, it is called a virtue that accords with merit, because the result will be inferior. Second, there are three points in explaining the specific nature: What is the difference in the merit to be dedicated? What is the difference in the object to which it is dedicated? How is the difference in the path of dedication? The first point is: The root of virtue of the three doors, which is aroused by a mind without the three poisons, that is, as stated in the Ratnavali: There is no attachment, hatred, or ignorance, and the action generated by it is pure. This is also distinguished from the perspective of the object of merit: the object of merit arising from generosity, arising from ethics, and arising from meditation, which are divided into three types. Now, what is relevant here is the object of merit arising from generosity. Distinguishing this: Material things, fearlessness, Dharma, and love, the four kinds of generosity should always be practiced. Among them, the first is the main one. How to give? It is said: Giving at the right time and without regret, giving pleasingly and not expecting fruition. Because it is complete with the four characteristics mentioned, there is nothing that cannot be dedicated to the cause of Buddhahood. In general, this collection of good deeds can fully contain the nature of the four kinds of generosity. Furthermore, as stated in the Extensive Sutras, the Condensed Verses, the Three Skandha Sutra, and other sutras, in the ten directions of the world, there are countless three thousand great thousand worlds. In those worlds, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who have gone and come in the three times, from the initial generation of the supreme Bodhicitta to the final manifestation of perfect enlightenment, and the roots of virtue starting from the six perfections, as well as Bodhisattvas, Pratyekabuddhas, Shravaka learners, non-learners, and the defiled and undefiled roots of virtue of gods and humans, etc., who have attained the teachings of the Buddhas.
