Giving away the tongue, skull, legs, and so on, this is called the extreme giving of a Bodhisattva. Thus it is said. Here, the latter two are taken as objects of aspiration. Regarding the first aspect, in the Sutra of Giving, the Blessed One said to the monks: Monks, the wise have given thirty-seven kinds of giving. What are the thirty-seven? To eliminate miserliness, giving with faith. Giving at the right time. Giving with the three objects completely pure as allowed by the Thus-Gone One. To abandon all arising of mental disturbance, giving with a respectful attitude. To extract the essence from a meaningless body, giving with one's own hands. As extensively explained above and so on. Even the immediate enjoyment of food and drink, a completely pure action, is praised in this regard, and a good vow is truly made in the mind. So, how is its state achieved? In the text recounting the deeds of Dipamkara, the Vajra song of the Dakinis: In the north of the eastern Vajra Seat, There is a place called Gyalpo and Bod (Tibet). There is a towering pillar of the sky. There is a low lake like a turquoise mandala. There is a white snow mountain like a crystal stupa. There is a yellow meadow like a golden Mount Meru. There is a fragrant scent like medicinal incense. There are bright colors like golden flowers. There is a splendid summer like turquoise flowers. Alas! Lord of the Snow Mountains, Avalokiteshvara, In that place is your pure land. In that pure land are the beings you tame. Thus it is praised. In the land of snow mountains, in the upper part there are Ngari Korsum, in the middle part there are U-Tsang Ruzhi, and in the lower part there are Do Kham Gangdruk. Among them, from the great Vajra Seat Lhasa (Lhasa) in the midst of the snow mountains, the great Jokhang Temple, to the direction of the end, a place of bliss covered by three umbrellas. A branch of the river deity direction of Yarmalung, a land manifestly rich with the glory of the ten virtues. Not far from Tradruk Temple of Yoru, the direction of the auspicious Songtsen Gampo's tomb. Beings towards the Dharma.

Appearances are few, living on vegetables, not wealthy, cities in all directions are empty. Abandoning both beneficial and harmful aspects for performing virtuous deeds, even the rare and solitary qualities of remote ends are contemplated, grasped tightly, in the forest of Bodhi trees, the great frontier called the Land of Longevity. We, the patrons and benefactors, temporarily gather the objects and places of reliance like illusions, seeing the pure chambers without disharmony, accompanied by the splendor of the deities, chanting the name Padma Od Ling Great Liberation City in our ears, those connected yet separated from all directions gather to listen to the Dharma. The sound of explanation and practice of the Vajrayana is also slightly proclaimed. Apart from that, ordinary people are not visible. From the depths of our hearts, with minds arising from renunciation of samsara, using the mind as a chariot, completely leading the activities of youth into the meditation chamber. The doors of the flowing paths are also sealed tightly with walls and clay, a place relied upon by many hermits. That is, from the moment of grasping the sprout of birth in this existence, one correctly enters the path of the Buddha's teachings. Although one does not begin to enter the realm of great learning and vast wisdom, guided by faith, diligence, compassion, weariness, and renunciation, focusing solely on the place of practice, the Vidyadhara with naturally clear imprints, is it Khyentse Özer (Light of Wisdom and Compassion)? Or the great teacher of Oddiyana, who proclaimed the name Rangjung Dorje Jigme Lingpa. Furthermore, that one who is also called Longchen Namkhai Naljor (Longchen, the Yogi of Space), regarding his conceptualizations, in a previous life he was his own father, King Kṛkṛ, and thoughts arose about the meaning of the ten signs of the dream omens. Thus spoke the Great Buddha Ösung: Great King, do not be afraid! Because of this, you will not lose your kingdom, nor will there be obstacles to your life, do not be afraid! Why is that? Great King, what is the omen of seeing the elephant emerge from the star hole without grasping its tail?
