Question: In the wisdom of suchness, who is it that, though without discrimination, is proficient in activities? Answer: Just as the sun, moon, water, and mirror, though without discrimination, produce reflections, so too, the wisdom of suchness, though without discrimination, accomplishes the benefit of sentient beings through the power of aspiration. The Nirmanakaya is: Nirvana with remainder. The Sambhogakaya is: Nirvana without remainder. The Dharmakaya is: Non-abiding Nirvana. Thus it is. Moreover, the four Kayas as taught in the Uttaratantra and the Abhisamayalankara have already been explained as such in the Sutra path. The establishment of three Kayas from the perspective of summarization is as stated in the Sutra-alamkara: "By the three Kayas, the Buddha's body, should be known as the summary; by the three Kayas, the self and others', meaning is shown with support." Thus it is. Such a Buddha is called the all-perfect master Samantabhadra. How does he abide in the Dharmadhatu? The place that is manifest to the guides, in the beautiful chamber of the deep, peaceful, youthful vase, the Buddhas of the three times always abide, yet in terms of aspects, one does not see the other. The nature is free from elaboration, the sphere of mind is one. Thus, the Buddha's own manifestation is in the nature of wisdom. The immeasurable palace of the Dharmadhatu, free from all elaboration, is profound because it is inconceivable, peaceful because it is naturally pure, and clear like the moon that precedes the Dharma, without limitation or partiality. In the beautiful chamber of the youthful vase, the Buddhas of the three times, whose body, speech, and mind are inseparable from the Vajra nature of all the Tathagatas of the ten directions and four times, abide without precedence or inferiority in their wisdom. However, in the great peace of the dissolution into the self-appearing sphere, because there is no aspect of Dharma, the terms 'support' and 'supported' are merely nominal designations. Moreover, what is seen in other appearances is not the self-image of the deluded perceptions of those to be tamed, and it is not like the Akanishta above the pure realms. The way in which the Buddha's own wisdom abides only in self-appearance is as stated in the Kunjed Gyalpo: "The place of the teacher's Dharmakaya is the palace of the Dharmadhatu of Akanishta, the Akanishta of true meaning."
