The Dzogchenpa Rangjung Dorje Khyentse Lha wrote this at the remote monastery called Pema Oling. Om Sasti. From the nectar clouds of Jigme Lingpa's mind treasure, the profound and vast chariot-like activities are like the drums of summer. When the sweet melodies of the essence of all Sutras and Tantras are proclaimed, may fortunate peacocks revel in joy. Those who cling to nominalist philosophical tenets like the Datura flower, and those self-proclaimed scholars who mistakenly perceive the Mahayana Kailash, which is under the control of others, as blue, are not qualified to be vessels for the excellent Mahayana. With the pure intentions of the three Zurdzö brothers, by building the two chariots, may the accumulation of merit uproot the darkness of karma and afflictions, and may the light of accomplishment cause the white lotuses of sentient beings to bloom. This is the teaching of the Lion of Dharma. With the intention of benefiting the teachings and all beings extensively, this was universally accepted, and in order to widely propagate the Dharma lineage, for the Two Truths Chariot, the Khenpo of Dranang donated twenty silver srangs, Kalsang Buchi donated silk from Le Bram worth fifteen silver srangs, Trhengpo Samtenpa Palden Chöjor donated two srangs, two sho, two kar and five fen of silver and one outer treasury. Zurdzö's Zala Namgyal Buchi donated a necklace worth fifty silver srangs. The remaining Zurdzö Tsering Dondrup donated ninety-eight srangs, five sho and five fen of silver. The total of the names listed above is one hundred and eighty-six srangs and two sho. For the Omniscient Chariot, Keshe Sonam Gyalpo donated one hundred silver srangs. Kyabje Dharma Senge donated ten silver srangs, the direct disciple Tashi Chöpel donated eleven silver srangs and three sho, Zungtrul Rinpoche donated three srangs, Zungkhar Thuksé Thubten donated five srangs, and the remaining donations for the Great Chariot amounted to forty-seven silver srangs and nine sho, totaling one hundred and seventy-seven silver srangs and two sho. May all who are connected experience the increase of goodness! Namo Manjushriye! The fresh shoots of joy from the stainless light, rest in the center of the blooming hundred-petaled lotus of wisdom and compassion. The fragrance of good speech is the glory of the Buddha's teachings and beings, and Jigme Lingpa...

A Heap of Flowers. 1. Adorned by the waves of vast and numerous teachings, Filled with the treasure of precious instructions from the three lineages, A place of diligence for countless wise and accomplished masters like Nagarjuna, A treasury of wondrous qualities beyond measure. 2. In the excellent meaning where the basis and path of the two truths (relative and ultimate) are not mixed, The names, words, and expressions are pure, so the phrases are excellent, The entryways to the Dharma of the three vehicles are completely perfected, It is also the chariot for traversing the good path of omniscience. 3. This, in the great desolate plain of samsara, For beings wearied by various actions and afflictions, Brings the taste of nectar of peace, coolness, and bliss, It is a resting place for generosity, a precious and excellent vase. 4. Therefore, the gateway to the Dharma's generosity, From before, with the subtle moments of undifferentiated time, With manifest good intentions and pure objects, The medicinal offerings for restoration are well accomplished again. 5. May the excellent virtues obtained from this, an undiminishing stream, Together with hundreds of thousands of rivers of good deeds of self and others, Spread like the waves of Samantabhadra's aspirations, Be poured into the great ocean of the four kayas (Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, Nirmanakaya, Svabhavikakaya)! 6. May this lamp of well-spoken words, blazing with a thousand lights, Be fully grasped by the arms of explanation and practice, So that the light of the excellent path of the supreme vehicle pervades the three realms, May the intentions of the omniscient lama be fulfilled! 7. This was written as an aspiration by Padma Wangchen, holding the title of Ka-drung Che-wa (Great Secretary), when the root text and commentary of the Yon-ten Dzod (Treasury of Qualities), previously printed in Lhasa, had 180 incomplete printing blocks re-carved due to a fire during a dispute between Chinese and Tibetan officials, and the main body was restored. This was accomplished in the Fire Dragon year of the Rabjung (1976) with funding from Zurkhang. May all be auspicious! The arrangement of the great spontaneously accomplished fruit, which is the commentary on the thirteenth chapter.
