The places where the Buddhas perform their deeds are the immeasurable and limitless three thousand great thousand worlds that pervade the ten directions. Regarding its nature, as stated in the "King of Samadhi Sutra": On the tip of a hair, there are five realms of beings, namely, sentient beings of hell, the realm of animals, the world of Yama, gods, and humans reside. They are unmixed and do not harm each other. In those places, there is water including oceans, rivers, lakes, and ponds. They are unmixed and do not harm each other. Thus, the Buddha's teachings are inconceivable. In those places, there are many mountains, surrounded by Mount Sumeru, iron mountains, as well as Holding Mountain, Great Holding Mountain, Vulture Peak Mountain, and snow mountains. There, unbearable hell beings experience extreme heat and intense heat, which is unpleasant. In that place, hell beings experience those sufferings. In those places, there are palaces of the gods, those palaces are twelve yojanas high, which is delightful. Thousands of gods also experience the joy of the gods and extreme happiness there. In those places, Buddhas are born, and the teachings of worldly wisdom shine brightly. In that place, the Dharma declines, and the sound of the teacher's nirvana is heard. People in their own homes, like in a dream, enjoy the pleasures of desire, but when they wake up, they do not see those desires. At that time, they know that it was a dream. Similarly, distinguish what is seen, heard, and known. All these are not true, like a dream. Just like that, our world is like being in a single dust particle in the vast ocean of Vairochana. The appearance of the great contained within the small is the endless illusion of sentient beings, and it is also the manifestation of the magical powers of Bodhisattvas and Buddhas who have attained the ten powers. The dust of the four elements of earth, water, fire, and wind, even in the space the size of the eye of a needle, is gathered together with sentient beings who have the same karma, appearing as countless worlds of containers and contents. In all these appearances, the wisdom eyes of the Buddhas see, therefore they act to benefit beings. Similarly, the three thousand worlds where the Buddhas act to benefit beings are also the...

Moreover, it is also seen that (beings) increase significantly from low to high in both quantity and quality. As it says in the Sutra of the Buddha Land and Inconceivable Wisdom: The gods and humans of the three thousand great thousand worlds are very few. Among the non-Buddhist hermits who possess clairvoyance, the sentient beings seen within the area of a chariot wheel are far more numerous than the gods and humans of the three thousand great thousand worlds. What they (the non-Buddhist hermits) see in the three thousand great thousand worlds is very few compared to what a practitioner of the eight liberations of the Shravakas sees within the area of a chariot wheel. What they (the Shravakas) see in the three thousand great thousand worlds is very few compared to what a practitioner of the eight liberations of the Bodhisattvas sees within the area of a chariot wheel. What they (the Bodhisattvas) see in the three thousand great thousand worlds is very few compared to what the eye of the Tathagata sees within the area of a chariot wheel. So on and so forth. Like this, the way to tame the limitless realms of sentient beings through four methods and benefit beings is: taming beings with merit is, with the twelve great deeds of the body, the three vehicles or one vehicle of speech. Whatever sentient beings follow after thought, considering the antidote to afflictions, he speaks. There are eighty-four thousand gates of Dharma, although it seems like the Buddha spoke, it is not the self-nature of sound and words, but by the power of the blessing of the great mind realm, it manifests in accordance with pure consciousness. Taming beings with mind, knowing and seeing the three times, the times are also different, without distinction, the timeless time, the state of primordial nature is Samantabhadra. Knowing the mindstream of others, and likewise possessing great miraculous eyes and ears, etc., the six clairvoyances do not transcend time. Taming beings with activity, the body in all times and places, the mind in all times and places, and likewise the face in all times and places, the secrets of speech in all times and places are inconceivable. Directly accomplishing benefit with body, speech, and mind, and with activity, making peace and truth pervade all mindstreams. Thus, the supreme forms emanated from the Dharmadhatu, relying on the nature of Dharma, possess the knowledge of suchness, and relying on the characteristics of Dharma, possess the knowledge of all that exists. With the two wisdoms, taming the mindstreams of those to be tamed, showing the peaceful and unmixed Dharma principles. Among these, taming beings with the great merit of the body, such as the twelve deeds, etc., taming beings. In the Uttaratantra, it says: Great compassion
