And have (merit). Those beings of inferior faculties are only born in the pure lands of the manifested body because of fear and dread. This is clearly stated. This way is similar in name only to the pure Sky-goers and Earth-goers and other pure lands in the common Mantrayana, where it is said that the tenets have been attained. Furthermore, the great bliss of going in the sky, and the luminosity of the meaning called Earth-going, the Coemergent Ḍākinī who has received empowerment, and the Field-born Mother who practices in the twenty-four great places, and so forth, the hosts of heroes and yoginīs, and in whatever rank of awareness-holders who share the same fortune, the awareness-holders who practice the transference of actions, the Vajra masters reside greatly, and practice the great waves of the view and conduct of mantra. These are the seeds of pure self-appearance, and appear to the secret mantra accomplished ones who have perfected the profound yoga practice of generation and completion stages, and should not be thought of as being attainable by those with conceptual desires, as being limited. Moreover, for the accomplished ones of secret mantra, the Sky-goers and Earth-goers and other pure lands that are praised and manifestly appear are pure lands that are the self-appearance that outwardly manifests from familiarity with the generation and completion stages, beautiful and pleasing to the eye. On that sole truth, as the general rule of mantra, it is called the supreme accomplishment of the Great Seal, or, like this, the individuals who abide on the ground of awareness-holders, having attained maturity, mastery over life, and the Great Seal, that is, having attained the special qualities of the four paths, in order to purify the stains of what is abandoned by seeing and what is abandoned by meditation, they obtain a special body basis that is in accordance with the gods of the desire and form realms, and so forth, and thus manifestly attain the tenets of the Sky-goers, going in the sky, going on the earth, and the Coemergent Mother who has attained the luminosity of meaning, and the Field-born Mother who has taken manifestation in the twenty-four places, and the Yogic Sovereigns who are born from mantra, and the accomplished ones and so forth, who are equal in fortune to others, through the peaceful and wrathful forms of the deities and goddesses of the Vajra, Ratna, Padma, Karma, and Tathāgata families, whichever one they draw near to, they go to that pure land, and to the pure land with the splendor of the teacher and retinue, and enjoy the joy of Dharma and assemblies, and the view.

I practice the profound view and conduct of mantra that corresponds to samadhi. Moreover, when those self-unions occur, the heroes and dakini assemblies of those realms welcome with umbrellas, victory banners, and clouds of musical instruments. The holy Vajra masters who manifestly reside in the land of vidyadharas encourage, praise, and place them in special positions. Such places are known as Great Blissful Khechara. As it is said in the 'Ocean of Jewels': 'For those abiding on the ground, there are four appearances. For the vidyadharas, there is the realm of the wrathful. Khechara is the great perfection of qualities, adorned with the signs of accomplishment. The appearance of great and wondrous accomplishments.' Such places and the arrangement of qualities are also the result of the manifestation of the Buddha's emanations, inconceivable power, and the extraordinary roots of virtue such as the profound generation and completion stages of each Bodhisattva, appearing as emanations to those who abide on the ground. This is how it is accomplished, as extensively explained in the sutras on the arrangement of qualities of Sukhavati and Akshobhya's pure land. Moreover, in the 'Arya Samadhiraja Sutra,' it is said: 'In a single pore of hair, there are many Buddhas, as many as the sands of the Ganges. The realms of those victors are also like that. Their boundaries are different, and their fortunes are not the same.' Thus, the Tathagatas, while abiding in the sphere of such wisdom, the dharmadhatu, and the wisdom of equality, free from elaboration, see all the wisdom dharmas of such wisdom like a mirror, as well as individual discernment and the accomplishment of activities. With immeasurable compassion, even if it is a single mustard seed, they manifest countless aspects of pure and impure vessel and essence, teaching the Dharma of liberation to all sentient beings, thereby placing them in the three Bodhis that correspond to their respective fortunes. Therefore, they have immeasurable activities. Therefore, the Buddha, with great compassion, manifests the emanation realms as self-appearing pure accumulations of merit through unsurpassed means. It is not a real object that appears as a common perception to individuals who possess their own continuum. Therefore, it is immeasurable for those who are attached to impure conceptual thoughts.
