For example, there is a house with four gates made of precious crystal, with precious stables, and all the ground is also made of precious crystal, which is very pleasing and delightful, with stairs and windows, and four large skylights in each direction. When the sun shines through the skylights and hits the precious crystal, five kinds of light naturally appear inside during the day. Outside that palace there is a pond with eight qualities of water. Those who are afflicted with diseases will be cured by drinking this water. Outside of that, there are eight lakes, and in those lakes, there are various beautiful bird songs, such as: the king of birds, the golden-winged bird, the blue-headed bird, the Katari bird, the parrot that understands human language, the cuckoo, the titmouse, the partridge, and so on. There are eighty thousand kinds of birds with pleasant sounds, and delightful birds such as: the Gangari bird, the Sbawa bird, the Zermo bird, the heavenly bird with the sound of bells, the Kritipa bird with the image of a golden vajra, and so on. There are those that are as green as jade, those that are as white as conch shells, those that are as red as coral, those that are as green as sapphires, and so on. There are countless beautiful and melodious sounds. Outside of that, there is a wall of seven jewels. In the center of those walls, there is a Dharma seat made of seven jewels, which can be used to teach the Dharma. There, the emanation named Vajrasattva (རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ།，vajrasattva，金刚萨埵) teaches the tantric Dharma to the retinue in the evening, teaches the outer tantric Dharma at dawn, teaches the inner tantric Dharma in the morning, and teaches the Dharma of the Great Perfection, the supreme fruit, at noon. In this way, there are four Dharma sessions every day. The Bodhisattvas who live there are all one-birth Bodhisattvas, and their lifespan can reach five hundred and fifty years. In that pure land, food and drink are satisfied as soon as they are thought of. Moreover, there is no disease, and it is very peaceful. There are four stupas made of pearls. Between these four stupas, there are nets of tinkling bells connected by ropes. When the ropes are moved by the wind, various pleasing sounds of bells arise. In each direction, there are four sets of various silk banners, and when they are moved by the wind, various fragrant scents arise. That palace is located five hundred yojanas east of here. The bodhisattvas born there also share the enjoyment with the gods of the Thirty-Three (Tibetan: སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གསུམ་གྱི་ལྷ་). The pure land of the Emanation Body (Tibetan: སྤྲུལ་པ་སྐུའི་) in the east is also like that. From here to the south, in the glorious pure land, the abode of the Emanation Body (Tibetan: སྤྲུལ་པ་སྐུའི་), there is also a square house made of precious gold, with eaves, four doors and stables, four corners with stupas, four walls, four directions with star windows, seven lakes with birds, and a mountain range with water possessing eight qualities. The throne and dharma are also described as above. Those bodhisattvas are all those who are bound by one more birth. The pure land of the Emanation Body (Tibetan: སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་) Precious Origin (Tibetan: རིན་པོ་ཆེ་འབྱུང་ལྡན་) possesses such qualities. From here to the west, in the pure land of stacked lotuses, there is the Emanation Body (Tibetan: སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་) Amitabha (Tibetan: སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་) Buddha, and there also possesses the same qualities as above. From here to the northern world, there is a world called Precious Arrangement (Tibetan: རིན་པོ་ཆེ་རྣམ་པར་བཀོད་པ་). There also exists the pure land of the Emanation Body (Tibetan: སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་) Amoghasiddhi (Tibetan: དོན་ཡོད་གྲུབ་པ་) Buddha. The palace possesses such qualities: there is a square house made of precious sapphire (Tibetan: ཨིནྡྲ་ནཱི་ལ་), and in each direction, there are four large star windows, and when the sun rises, the green light fills the interior. All the ground is also made of sapphire (Tibetan: ཨིནྡྲ་ནཱི་ལ་). On the outer perimeter, there is water possessing eight qualities, and the water is clear and cool, and drinking it can eliminate all diseases.
