Regarding not considering the realms of samsara as pure realms, from the Guhyagarbha Tantra: The wish-fulfilling tree and the wish-granting jewel, and all that arises, are not truly existent; they are the result of the increase of merit in one's own mind. The wondrous and miraculous Dharma is not something that comes from elsewhere; it is the wisdom that relies on skillful means. Such things are gladly accepted. Thus it is said. The distinction of the emanations that tame beings is: From the very nature of the Sambhogakaya, the light rays of the clouds of letters shine forth. The supreme Nirmanakaya, which tames the world, in the appearances of beings to be tamed in the six realms, follows the expressions of their respective names. The six Thubpas, the rational beings who tame, emanate as vastly as the great trichiliocosm in the ten directions, boundless and infinite three thousand worlds. The benefit of beings through the four means of taming is inconceivable. In that, the way in which benefit is brought to each being in their respective realms of existence, in accordance with their respective appearances, is as follows. From the Guhyagarbha Tantra: Thereafter, from all the Tathagatas, the six Thubpas, the rational beings blessed by great compassion, emerge from the body, speech, and mind vajra of the Tathagatas. Having emerged, due to the power of karma, in each of the great trichiliocosms of the six realms of existence, above and below, in the ten directions, boundless and infinite, each of the great Thubpas, the Bhagavan, benefits beings through the four means of taming. Thus, from the light rays of the six realms of the Sambhogakaya Buddha residing in Akanishta, the wheel of continuous letters manifests as emanations that tame each of the six types of beings in their respective realms. In the realm of the gods, the six expressions of names such as Indra, and various forms, in whatever mandala, the compassion and activity of the Tathagatas are immeasurable, and are only represented from the wisdom of realization. In essence, they are Buddha images emanated from the Dharmadhatu. When that emanation also sends forth countless emanations before sentient beings and performs beneficial deeds, in those realms of existence, the forms are not limited to that particular way. In the Avatamsaka Sutra, it is said, "Noble son, the emanations of the Tathagata are immeasurable. Whichever way is easiest for beings to be tamed, with that form, color, and name".

Also performs deeds for the benefit of others. For example, in the realm of the powerful, he manifests as the lord of the gods, the powerful one, and leads beings to properly engage in the path of the ten virtuous actions. Furthermore, for those who need to be tamed by the forms of ascetics, Brahmins, hungry ghosts, and hell beings, he also manifests in their forms and performs deeds for their benefit. Like this, if one is ignorant of the principle of relying on meaning rather than words, and mistakenly believes that there are such manifestations of teachers in those places, thereby slandering the profound tantras, it is ridiculous to aspire to be wise without considering the meaning of the scriptures. In the 'Compendium of Intentions,' it says: The Great Vehicle, the secret mantra, is taught as a means of harmonious entry; do not fixate on words and meaning. Even regarding this general meaning, you, who have a beautiful face without attachment to pleasure, should still arouse a dormant sense of doubt. For example, in the tantras, the heads of the ten directional protectors are oppressed by the ten wrathful deities and placed in the category of obstructors; and the seventy-five protectors, including them, are placed in the nature of the Great Vehicle Sangha, the Three Jewels, as special Dharma-protecting guardians. You also see this as a baseless contradiction and do not understand their necessity, considering them merely as objects of disgust, not requiring refutation or affirmation. As Dharmakirti said: For the wrong path is endless; these are not to be elaborated upon here. Moreover, mistaking the terms 'horizontal base' and 'up and down' for the four directions and above and below, thereby believing in the six realms of existence, even those of our own tradition have not seen the true meaning of the scriptures, and consider the four realms
