Opening the sounds of Sita, squeezing the breasts and the manner of birth, all unions should be performed. Breasts, fingers, neck and lower lip, ears, eyes, crown of the head and bhaga (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, literal Chinese meaning), kissing, ears, armpits, neck and back, scratching with nails breasts, armpits and cheeks, the joy of cheeks, soles of feet and hands, should be kneaded, and eight kinds of embracing postures should be done. With fingers, lingam, tongue and the stirring of the tongue, stimulate the lotus, and extinguish the supreme vein. Thus it is said. At that time, the secret to making happiness stable is: Vajra Dakini says, if you diligently put the root of the generative tree into your mouth, then as long as you can obtain the happiness of the girl, you will be held by the mantra. Alternatively, mixing meat and Lakshana medicine, cooking it in sesame oil and applying it to the feet, will also be praised by those who engage in desire. Thus it is said. Sixth, relying on the wisdom of the four joys to understand the meaning of empowerment. That is, relying on the wisdom mother, through various ways to generate the wisdom of the four joys, if you are accustomed to it, there are four joys. Relative to what is to be abandoned, there are four joys. Relative to one's own nature, there are four joys. Relative to the place, there are four joys, among which the main thing of the dependent path is to first rely on the secret instructions of the three channels, winds, and bindus, as it is said in the Guhyasamaja Tantra. The Bhagavan said: The right channel is the nature of wisdom, and is well known in the left channel. The left channel is the nature of means, and truly resides on the right side. In the middle of the right and left channels, it is called the pervading channel. When the wind enters the Avadhuti, the semen and taste become one. And, the Chandali located in the navel, burning like a lamp, it offers the melted essence to the supreme, and the happiness arising from that. Thus it is said, it is necessary to rely on melting bliss to guide wisdom, and to determine the difference from the perspective of the place, as it is said in the Kalachakra: From the crown of the head to the urna between the eyebrows, the lotus comes to the semen is joy. From the throat to the heart is supreme joy. From that arises the special joy. Various joys are in the navel, coming to the dance of the secret lotus. Between the secret place and the vajra jewel, is the innate joy, which does not change. Thus it is said. Some people think that joy is at the time of the initial viewing of entering into samadhi, etc., the vajra

Supreme joy arises from the movement of bindu at the root of the navel chakra. Exceptional joy arises when bliss reaches its peak as it flows outward. By becoming accustomed to preventing the leaking of bliss for a long time, bodhichitta becomes stable in the vajra jewel, and the three appearances and the constant arising of clear light are also considered to be coemergent joy, which seems to be the tradition of experience. In general, what is known as the mahamudra bindu is stable: From the Brahma aperture to the throat center, there are four bindus in that space. In that place, there are four joys, endowed with two tastes. From the throat to the heart center, again there are four in that space. There are four supreme joys, endowed with two tastes. From the heart center to the precious waist, again there are four in that space. There are four joys of separation from joy, endowed with two tastes. From the precious waist to the upper part of the body, again there are four in that space. There are four coemergent joys, endowed with two tastes. The sixteen joys are the bindu. The bindu should be remembered as a part of the moon. Āli (Tibetan seed syllable) should be known as the bindu. This is according to the order of the four chakras. Thus, for each of the four chakras, the mode of the four joys is divided into four distinct joys, showing a total of sixteen. Moreover, joy arises from cutting off very coarse conceptual thoughts; supreme joy arises from great heat; special joy arises from cutting off the middle; and coemergent joy arises from the absence of coarse aspects. If these four are related to the four empowerments, the first three are joys with conceptual thought. The first uses the drawing in and gathering of the wisdom wind of entry. The second uses feeling, that is, the actual result of experience. The third is bliss, that is, the nature of the vase, secret, and wisdom empowerments through the three grounds of disturbance of mind and wisdom. The latter is experience, that is, the coemergent joy of nonconceptual thought in which mind and wisdom are inseparable. By symbolizing the four empowerments as the wisdom of example, mind and wisdom are not separated at all at the time of the four meanings of wisdom. There is also a teaching with the term "fifth" for the union that does not separate and transcends the two extremes, as it is said in the Tantra of the Layered Mansion: First, there is only joy. Second, there is feeling, the awareness of experience. Third, it is called bliss. Fourth, it is coemergent with experience. Fifth, it is emptiness. Thus. These are related to the four empowerments.
