Through this path, the vajra waves purify the three realms—the three aspects of existence (body, speech, and mind), the three stages of wind (rising, entering, and abiding), and the three aspects of mind (mind, appearance, and phenomena)—from the afflictive obscurations and completely purify them from the obscurations to knowledge. Primarily based on suchness, and with the ultimate antidote of the eightfold noble path common to the characteristic vehicle, the eight distinct consciousnesses are transformed into wisdom. The life force of the two roots of grasping and being grasped is seized by the Avadhuti, pacifying the waves of what is grasped, resulting in the purity of the body, and pacifying the waves of grasping, resulting in the purity of speech. This union initiates the manifestation of the eight powers of mastery in the bodies of the four vidyadharas and others. They are subtle and light, capable of minuteness, capable of action, great sovereignty, joy and delight, all-powerful, and able to do as one wishes; these are the eight powers of mastery. Among these, being subtle and light means seeing all phenomena of samsara and nirvana as the nature of emptiness. Being light means the wind of wisdom, by whose power one can instantly travel and see the worlds that pervade space through miraculous abilities. Being capable of minuteness means that when the wind and mind enter the central channel, one realizes that oneself and others dissolve into emptiness, and all dualistic appearances vanish. Being capable of action means that the inner consort is the central channel, and through the interdependent arising of wind and mind entering there, one can outwardly enjoy the five uncontaminated objects of desire, such as the nature of the form vajra. Great sovereignty means possessing blazing marks and signs, completely overcoming the four maras, and becoming the master of power and strength. Joy and delight mean being able to show various emanations of body, speech, and so on, as desired by beings, and being able to satisfy their minds. Being all-powerful means being able to establish beings in the state of perfecting the two accumulations, so there is not a single moment that is not for the benefit of others. Being able to do as one wishes means, for the benefit of oneself and others, gaining mastery over miraculous abilities such as causing meteorites to fall, creating the sound of turbulent oceans, transforming one into many, and transforming many into one. All of these depend on one's own intention, so one has mastery over all uncontaminated qualities.

Therefore, it is called possessing power. Thus, from the state of union of the thirteenth ground, the actual basis of the result is the Yuganaddha body, possessing seven branches of union: the body is all forms, appearing as all knowable images, this is union; speech is all forms, free from the obscurations of sound and words, this is perfect enjoyment; mind is all forms, liberated from the conceptualizations of grasper and grasped, enjoying the unchanging great bliss; and also, it is without self-nature, that is, free from the extreme of annihilation, with the four characteristics of each own-nature, fulfilling self-benefit; from being completely filled with compassion, like a wish-fulfilling jewel or a wish-fulfilling tree, effortlessly accomplishing the benefit of others is objectless great compassion; and that great compassion itself, because it is never interrupted, is constant; in order to suit the inclinations and faculties of those to be tamed, the appearance of suitable form images and the infinite gates of Dharma never cease to appear, these three naturally accomplish the perfection of benefiting others, therefore it is called a Buddha who spontaneously accomplishes the two benefits. The nature of reality does not go anywhere, does not abide anywhere, is inexpressible, pervades all of samsara and nirvana, is omniscient in the presence of those to be tamed, all forms and meanings exist in the continuums of all sentient beings, is liberated from all sins, and is adorned with all qualities. So, where does this come from? Manifesting after burning all the dry firewood of knowables with the fire of non-discrimination, in order to dispel the fear of children, it is established as another name for the Tathāgata. As it is said in the *Mañjuśrīmūlatantra*: 'Mañjuśrī, without birth and without cessation, this is another name for the Tathāgata.' And as it is said in the *Atītālokastotra*: 'The Buddhas are all Dharmakāya, pure like space.' And so on. In the *Uttaratantragama*: This is a collection of the general determination of the treasury of vidyādharas, that is, the commentary on the tenth chapter.
