Each side of the square division is divided into ninety tables corresponding to the number of days in three months. How to observe its dwelling and movement? On the first day of the first month of autumn, place the head of the mole cricket in the table of the powerful direction, and the tail end in the table of the Rakshasa direction, and determine its characteristic of lying facing south. Every day, starting from the ram-headed face of the table, it moves clockwise, completing ninety tables on each side in three months, and completing a cycle in one year. The body length of the earth-lord mole cricket from head to tail presses down on ninety tables, and its width presses down on nine parts, so no matter which direction it turns, its secret place is in its own position. Eight great nagas also dwell on its body: Rigden at the tail end, Tobgyu at the secret place, Dungkyong at the navel, Pema Chenpo at the arm, Norgye at the heart, Jokpo at the throat, Pema at the ear, and Taye at the crown of the head. The mole cricket itself is also white and beautiful to look at, belonging to the Taye class. If it is thought that the mole cricket will manifest various sizes of incarnations according to the size of the foundation, this contradicts the statement that the mole cricket covers half of the ground, and it is not in accordance with its constant movement. Therefore, the Buddhas have fully understood the interdependent origination that solely benefits beings, so they have spoken of the method of observation in this way, in order to know the position where the earth-lord is not harmed. Therefore, the mole cricket should be offered with milk and other offerings, and the excavator should dispel obstacles with a harmless mind, imagining the digging tool as a staff marked with a vajra. Regarding the target of excavation, there are two statements: under the armpit and the abdomen. The former is to create an observation tool, so at that time what is sought is what Nibhutis said: "From the east, discard twenty-seven parts, from the north, discard fourteen and a half parts, discard nine parts east-west, and discard five and a half parts north-south. This is the place to dig first in front of the armpit." That is to say, based on the east where the head is facing and the north behind, starting from the table pressed by the face, discard a certain number of parts from the east and other directions, and observe carefully. At that time, the target, work, and manner of action are also that the person should be in the form of dispelling obstacles.

Meditate. With a peaceful mind, place the torma inside, or discard the fire boundary and so on outside. Strive to spread the five parts of the land with a good mind in the center of the earth. In that five-part land, arrange many workers from all directions and corners. Thus it is said. If the location of the excavation is correct, Dharma, wealth, and desires will increase. If the land of the nine parts of the body is excavated, it will also cause harm. Therefore, Dharma, wealth, and desires will increase and be accomplished. If the king of abdomen-goers resides, and one part of the nine parts of the land is excavated, Then parents, children, siblings, brides, one's own relatives and friends will die. If the back is excavated, one will die, or one will move from one's own residence and lose wealth. Finally, elephants, horses, buffaloes, and cows will also die, and their strength will also decline. If there are trees and hair in the five-part land, ant nests, hair, nails, and ashes will cause harm. Stones will bring the fear of wind, chaff and broken tiles will bring epidemics, and bones will bring stabbing pain. Thus it is said. Second, removing the thorns of the earth. In Vajra Dakini it is said: With the difference of accomplishments such as medicine, excavate from the knees to the lips, teeth to the navel, chaff, stones, and Jomo (Tibetan, a kind of plant), thorns such as coal are removed and broken. Therefore, after accomplishing great accomplishments, how to make the detailed methods of the mandala, for mandalas with a height of only about the navel, medium and lower mandalas, excavate to the depth where the lips, teeth, and knees are submerged, and then remove the residue or soil on the ground. The cleaner the thorns are removed, the greater the achievement will be. The faults of not removing it are said in the Garland: Together with stones, there will be great wind. Together with bones, one will become dumb. With chaff and coal, there will be epidemics. Together with hair, roots, trees, etc., there will be slight harm. Thus it is said. In the General Tantra it is said: The land with thorns, the things done will not be accomplished. The faults of thorns are bones and broken tiles, as well as ashes and stumps and thorns, try to remove them all. Thus it is said. If it is because the height is not enough, or the soil is not thoroughly cleaned, or all parts cannot be excavated, then it is said in the General Tantra: If it cannot be removed, then purify it well with secret mantras alone. Thus it is said. Therefore recite: Om hana hana krodha hum phat (嗡 哈哈 卓达 吽 啪, Om hana hana krodha hum phat)
