In general, in all stages of the Mahayana, four aspects are taught: straightforwardness, definiteness, implicitness, and intention. Therefore, it is not the case that all the meanings of the Buddha's words should be taken literally, nor is it the case that they are completely contrary to the literal meaning. This is because the words of the Tathagata are not entirely subject to words and expressions. Especially in the practice of mantra, if one does not understand the difference between merely practicing with faith and the special permission given to those who have perfected realization and habituation, then taking implicit meanings literally will lead to falling into the lower realms. The commentary on the Mūlasarvāstivāda Vinaya states: In the Mantrayana, because others do not understand the implicit meanings, if one engages in killing, etc., enjoys the property of the sangha and temples, clings to eternalism and nihilism, and becomes attached to enjoying external objects, then, in the guise of a teacher, one insults the Three Jewels and will eventually fall into hell. Therefore, in this Vajrayana text, when revealing hidden secrets, for the larger parts of the words, one shows that they do not contradict the intention of the tantras through the three doors of outer, inner, and secret; and when making meanings that do not fit, fit, one also shows that they do not contradict reality and are compatible in form through the aspects of self-nature, having intention, and having a connection between meaning and symbol. Therefore, dividing a single word into two aspects, direct expression and implied meaning, is also to prevent contradictions in the realm of meaning. Here, taking the case of direct expression as an example, like this, for a person who has realized the meaning of the hidden secret, the nature of reality, when under the control of skillful means and great compassion, for the hidden secrets "tā na" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) and "ga na" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) etc., because of the integration of the conduct of the supreme samaya, the great equality of dharma, the way of entering according to the literal meaning is also completely grasped by the extreme vastness of skillful means and wisdom, and is completely purified through the way of transforming the state. However, in the stage of the Pratimoksha vows, if the four defeats such as killing occur, then the four root vows will be destroyed. And all these unwholesome friends, including the five with alcohol, are here the samayas of the five families.

Because of such conduct, it is thought that there is no reason to categorize such things that are contradictory in essence but consistent in meaning together. Therefore, people like the lord Lha Lama also consider the exoteric and esoteric rituals to be contradictory, and they consider the Great Seal Bindu Tantra and others to be impure. It should be explained that the vows of the Hearers are colored vows generated by those with consciousness of appearance who view things as real. For example, at the time of killing, consciousness abides in one's own continuum, experiencing the afflictions born of hatred. In this state, the action is accepted with the intention to kill, and ultimately the life of another is cut off, completing the limb of killing, and the root of the vow is destroyed. In the stage of the Bodhisattva vow, one turns away from the thought of harming others, and with great compassion as the main method, one engages in the work of benefiting others, thus transcending the evil non-virtuous karma that possesses such limbs. In the stage of mantra, from the perspective of method, it is generated by great compassion; from the perspective of wisdom, it is separated from viewing things as real, and transcends the wrong discriminations of clinging to characteristics, so the limb of killing will not be completed, like an illusion. "Existence and non-existence are not attainable in the Middle Way," which indicates the category of ultimate truth. "Like an illusion, like a dream, like an eye trick," which indicates the truth of the conventional truth. "There is no life, and no life can be cut off," which indicates that self-nature is not established, and since it is not established, karma is also false, indicating that the four are not established. "Life and person are only false thoughts," which indicates that both the agent and the action are only false thoughts produced by illusion, appearing as without self-nature. Similarly, for what is not given and taken, if one realizes that there is no duality of self and other continuums, then what is not given is also unattainable, and what is taken from it is also unattainable. For example, the gods of the Joyful Paradise, their own emanated enjoyments, are enjoyed by themselves, and there is no fault of taking what is not given there. By analogy, a monk who abides in celibacy, even if he has the ability, is not defiled by wrong conduct because he closes the doors of the senses. And, the knowledge holder who practices the path of the third initiation, for himself as male, others
