To act accordingly. It is said that the great samaya accomplished through union is: Do not abandon the deity and the guru, do not interrupt the mantra and mudra. Also, as stated in the 'Clear Illumination': One's own body is the great mudra of the victorious ones, know also that the realm of sentient beings is like that, the vajra body of non-duality of appearance and emptiness, all that is done, seen, and eaten, is for the sake of the mind, there is no appearance of having done anything. If mindfulness and awareness are sent forth beforehand, and if one does not constantly remember them in the three times, how can one be a great vehicle mantra practitioner? Thus it is. Thus, each of the samayas of body, speech, and mind, changes into three each. Thus, concerning the root of all siddhis, which is honoring the guru, honor with the gestures of the body, praise with speech, and respect with the mind. Concerning the door of speech, speak beneficial words, recite and repeat profound words, and become accustomed to the vital energy. Concerning the door of mind, cultivate aspiration and action, samadhi, and wisdom. The five sets of five branch samayas will be explained below. The five kinds of illusory root samayas, and the ten branches that are taught, concerning the root aspect: Do not abandon the vajra master, attend with reverence and service, do not interrupt the mantra and mudra, and be loving to those who enter the correct path, do not proclaim the secret meanings to others. Among these, the root samaya is stated in the root tantra: Do not abandon the unsurpassed, honor the guru, do not interrupt the mantra and mudra, be loving to those who enter the correct path, do not speak the secret meanings to outsiders, these are the five roots, the supreme samaya of accomplishment and protection. Among these, not abandoning the unsurpassed, is included in the very meditation on the yidam deity. Thus, not abandoning the bodhicitta of the general Mahayana tradition, not abandoning the service and reverence to the Three Jewels, and in the later mantras, in addition to that, the teachings to offer and meditate on one's own personal deity, all of these are included here, which is to purify the habits of samsara, and to meditate on the deity body of the mudra symbol that is in accordance with the form of the victorious ones. The Three Jewels and bodhicitta, as well as the deity and the guru, are all like that. Among these, the way of inclusion is that the Three Jewels, which are taught in three different ways, are included in the bodhicitta, which is taught in one way. Thus, the Buddha.

I, the Sangha, am a branch of wisdom, and the Dharma is its nature. Therefore, wisdom and Dharma are, in conventional truth, a single entity of phenomena, and in ultimate truth, they are the mind of enlightenment that pacifies the ground of elaboration. Therefore, its symbolic mudra is the deity's form, as stated in the commentary on the Ratnakuta Sutra: "The nature of the Three Jewels is the mind of enlightenment; the lama who bestows it is a deity superior to all." Thus it is taught. In order to please the deity through meditation, mantra and mudra are continuously practiced. As a branch of this, vows also arise, and thus the non-abandonment of the Unsurpassed is established. Honoring the guru is such that the accumulation of merit of all the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times does not even come close to the number of pores on the vajra master's body. Thus, the Buddhas of the pure lands are said to be the vajra master. The continuous practice of mantra and mudra is as stated in the Candraguhyatilaka: "My own suchness is samadhi, likewise the deity's suchness, the suchness of mantra and mudra, becomes its supreme mandala." Therefore, it should be understood that the recitation with branches, which is encompassed by suchness, is also complete with mudra. Likewise, if considered from the perspective of being in accordance with the general secret mantra, as stated in the Gsal Bkra: "Vow, action, and Dharma, the body itself is the great mudra, the four." This is as widely known. Loving those who have entered the right path means generally loving those who have entered the Mahayana, and especially loving those who are brothers and sisters with vows. As stated in the Ngam Glog: "Compassion for vajra siblings, and for those who have entered the right path, even a thought with bribery should always be abandoned. With the force of love and compassion, look at each other as eyes. In short, without attachment even to life, accomplish the needs of brothers and sisters. Why are the vajra brothers and sisters, from here until enlightenment, inseparable supreme friends, like fire and light, tree and branch." And in the Garland Sutra it is also said: "The mind of enlightenment is firm, love those who have entered the Mahayana." Not speaking of secrets, as stated in the Phra Rgyas: "Breaking vows, deviating from vows, without vows, not seeing the mandala, mixing and not
