The key is the body's key points, the air's key is the illusory wheel, and the key of the bindu is diligence, which is generally important. In particular, the support of the body is the pulse, which is like a canal, the path through which air flows, so one must rely on life force to practice the pulse path. The support of speech, air, is like a helmsman going back and forth between samsara and nirvana, Practice the King of Wisdom. If he is a renunciate, He should abide in the three vows, The Pratimoksha and Bodhicitta vows, And the supreme vidyadhara vows. So it is said. Then how to practice? There are two types of yoga: yoga with signs and yoga of wisdom without signs. The first is to focus roughly on the deity and finely on the hand seal. To focus roughly on the deity is to start with bathing, complete all preliminary rituals, and then, with the five rituals, imagine oneself as the yoga of the deity, and merge the self-arising wisdom deity, sealing with the four seals. Then, merge Amitabha, bind again with the four seals, and bless with one's own lineage, and grant the empowerment of one's own lineage. Accept charming and other secret offerings, and offer them truthfully. After prostrating to all the Tathagatas, practice one's own Mahamudra, and recite the mantra of that deity in the manner described in the commentary on the praise. In this way, since one cannot practice the generation of the deity from the five manifestations of enlightenment, one recites the essence of that deity, visualizes oneself and the front as two, and engages in offering, praise, and recitation, as stated in the Avatara. As it is said, the mantra practitioner who cannot practice the yoga of the mind of the syllable of his own deity merely recites, and through its meaning, visualizes the deity to be recited as blessing and empowering himself, and contemplates having samadhi and offerings, visualizing the same in front and reciting. To focus finely on the hand seal, in the first chapter it says: The tongue should be applied to the palate, the mind should be on the tip of the nose, and the mind will be stabilized by the touch of bliss at the tip of the vajra. And in the Ornament of Kausalya it says: Then the object to be meditated upon is the color of the subtle vajra, etc.

As determined, the mind is placed on the tip of the nose, and one focuses on it. Thus it is said. Having gained stability in the subtle yoga in this way, the categories of limbs such as contraction and expansion are not discussed here. Second, the signless yoga is: For those with the wisdom to understand that all phenomena are selfless, in order to realize the wisdom of that very ultimate truth, the Ornament of Kosala explains the principle of the two yogas that combine calm abiding and insight. Calm abiding is samadhi, characterized by focusing, that is, the mind is completely absorbed in the object to be focused on. Insight is wisdom, which also arises from the mind and has the characteristic of completely distinguishing all phenomena, that is, with a mind of equanimity, distinguishing "This is with outflows," "This is without outflows," "This is completely defiled," "This is purified," and so on. Thus, insight that focuses on distinguishing all knowable objects arises from the wisdom born of hearing and thinking. Focusing on suchness is the very absence of conceptualization, and the principle of its arising from the power of meditation and blessing has already been extensively explained. Thus, the summary of the path of the Yoga Tantra is: practicing the subtle and Deity yoga in four sessions, generating samadhi with signs, and at the end of the deity yoga, after the wisdom being has descended, gathering the commitment being, therefore, the conventional truth of phenomena depends on the deity and subtle yoga, which also accords with the ultimate truth of signless yoga, and therefore it is believed that the two truths alternate. This can also be in accordance with the proponents of tenets, the Mind-Only school believes that external objects are the apprehended, and there is no apprehender, all that is experienced and experiences is only mind, therefore all actions are actions of the mind, and ultimately accumulating karma in the form of apprehender and apprehended, the part of that non-dual mind that has not been touched by any defilement is considered like a crystal bead free from dust, and such aspects are abandoned by the path of making the deity and that very nature itself into yoga, and immediately after the commitment being of mere self-experience, the wisdom being is entered, and the practice and recitation of inner samadhi is mainly performed, and finally the wisdom being also
