Or, from the dissolution of wind into the central channel, at the end of the clear light drawn by the four emptinesses, arise as an illusory deity body of mere wind-mind; or, from the dissolution of wind into the central channel, from the co-emergent after the four joys have been drawn, arise as an illusory body. Among these, in order to learn the former, visualize the illusory deity body of the completion stage, in the center of the heart's lotus petals, visualize a blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable made of mere wind-mind, with five-colored rays of light. To this, by uniting wind and awareness into one, in the state of the signs of the wind entering the central channel—smoke, etc.—and the clear light of appearance, increase, and attainment, gather the deity body and the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable into one taste and remain in equipoise. Again, arise as an illusory body made of mere wind-mind. The meaning of the latter is also only drawing the four joys as a substitute for the four emptinesses, and there is no other difference. If you cannot do that much,

Appearing from the door of... Generally, because of flaws in vows, lack of devotion, strong clinging to reality, being oppressed by spirits, not understanding the measure of food, distraction, and doubt, etc., one cannot control it. Therefore, strive to apply the remedies to eliminate these, and generate the mind of enlightenment for the benefit of all sentient beings. Visualize the kind lama in your throat and pray strongly that virtue arises in your mindstream. All dream appearances are merely defiled by the habitual imprints of the false appearances of the present, which are followers of conventional reality. They are false appearances that are not even established in conventional reality, so they are called 'error upon error.' The dream body is merely a body of wind and mind, a habitual imprint of the conventional appearance of the present, so it is called the 'body of habitual imprints.' In order to take these two onto the path, the actual practice is to train the dream body and appearances in the deity form, which is like an illusion. The main part of the virtuous practice is the instantaneous arising of the clear light of emptiness during sleep, the deity form of wind and mind alone, which is like an illusion. For this, first, in the center of the throat chakra, visualize a four-petaled lotus. In the center of the lotus, a white OM (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: 嗡). In front, a blue A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese Meaning: 阿). On the right, a yellow NA (Tibetan: ན, Sanskrit Devanagari: न, Sanskrit Romanization: na, Literal Chinese Meaning: 那). Behind, a red TA (Tibetan: ཏ, Sanskrit Devanagari: त, Sanskrit Romanization: ta, Literal Chinese Meaning: 达). On the left, a green RA (Tibetan: ར, Sanskrit Devanagari: र, Sanskrit Romanization: ra, Literal Chinese Meaning: 拉). Visualize these as bright and radiant. Or, focusing on the ease of grasping the object, concentrate single-pointedly on just the red OM (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: 嗡) in the center and practice the union of winds. In all mindfulness, think that you have fallen asleep. Continuously maintain the strong intention that these appearances and awarenesses are in a dream. Especially before going to sleep, focus your mindfulness single-pointedly on the object of focus in the throat. From the union of wind and mind there, it is very important to easily grasp the dream, and for the dream to increase, to be clear, etc. Generally, if one has firmly trained in wind practice during the waking state, and is able to draw in the four emptinesses through the power of the wind entering the central channel, then it is especially excellent. Therefore, during sleep, recognize the gradual arising of the four emptinesses, and then it is sufficient to continue connecting to the stream of dream appearances. But most people cannot do that, so it is shown here that the power of wind and the power of intention are very important. That is, from the moment the wind begins to enter the central channel slightly, one grasps the beginning of the four emptinesses during sleep. The non-duality of entering and deep sleep.

Because luminosity cannot arise from a state of laziness, it merely turns into impure air, flowing through the veins of the throat, causing dreams. The Compendium of Conduct states: "The aggregates, elements, sense bases, faculties, and the two consciousnesses gather here. When touching the earth, one naturally falls asleep. By the power of the wind, one sees dreams." So it is said. The two consciousnesses refer to appearance and increase, and gathering refers to attainment. At that time, if the dream is very dense, or even if one grasps a little, it immediately becomes confused, this is called forgetful scattering, because the habit of expanding the appearance of the six sense objects in the daytime into dreams is small. Therefore, strongly desire to use all the manifestations of the power of appearance of one's own ground in dreams. Do the same when waking up. Also, if the desire to hold onto dreams is too strong, so that one cannot fall asleep, or even if one falls asleep, there are no dreams, this is called empty scattering, relax the desire a little. In the center of the heart or vajra jewel, The seed syllable (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ལི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: आलि, Sanskrit Romanization: āli, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ālì) with a dot added, sixteen in a group, like a white pearl necklace. In the causal time, it is a red essence. In the path time, it is the cause of letters or the basis of learning. In the result time, the seed syllable of the marks and signs (Tibetan: ཀཱ་ལི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: कालि, Sanskrit Romanization: kāli, Literal Chinese Meaning: Gālì), like a red garland of lights, thirty-four, plus six such as ya, ra, la, wa, in groups of twenty, circling in two layers, the first and last letters dissolve into light, becoming a vajra marked with (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hōng). From that complete transformation, contemplate as Samantabhadra, the nature of the ground. If practicing according to the manner of nirvana and abiding, then the sun and moon circles are like a mirror, the vajra family. The mass of light is equality and the ratna family. The vajra marked with (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hōng) is individual discernment and the padma family. The complete body is the wisdom of the dharmadhatu and the tathagata family. This is the manner of the complete perfection of the qualities of the five enlightenments of the result time. The Vajra Heart Ornament Tantra says: "Āli and Kāli, the vajra moon has two aspects. Becoming one is equality, the seed syllable becomes a sign, I say that is individual discernment. From that arise all Buddhas, diligently do the work of benefiting beings. The image is complete.
