It is extremely important to settle in the nature of self-luminous Dharma nature of non-fabricated, non-discriminating Tummo. When guiding the mind, knowing the reality of things, and being free from the three states of arising, ceasing, and abiding, the general meaning established through hearing and thinking, in this practice sequence of Tummo, is established on the experience by relying on the power of cutting off conceptual thoughts and the experience of bliss and emptiness. Therefore, those who are beginners should focus on objects such as the image of the Tathagata in the external environment, or on objects such as pebbles, pieces of wood, and counting the breath, or place their minds directly without intention eight or sixteen fingers above the eyebrows, and seek a stable experience of calm abiding according to their own experience. And in the wisdom of distinguishing their respective natures, cultivate the wisdom of self-aware insight, etc., which should be known from the instructions of the Lama. As it is said in the Dohakosha: If you strive diligently according to the Lama's instructions, there is no doubt that innate wisdom will arise. Color, qualities, letters, and metaphors are all absent, and it cannot be spoken of, this is the symbol of Jnana. Like a young woman's pleasure clinging to the heart, who can show this supreme power to? When existence and non-existence are completely cut off, then all beings will be completely absorbed into it. When the mind does not waver and abides in its own nature, then it will be liberated from the objects of samsara. So it is said. Second, Illusory Body: For the benefit of all sentient beings, generate the mind to rely on the illusion-like samadhi to make the innate deity of the mind appear as father and mother, and then in the throat chakra, visualize the essence of speech Vajra, the Lama in complete enjoyment body, red and bright, together with the mother, and earnestly pray to accomplish the illusory body. After that, all the appearances of the container and sentient beings should be viewed as illusions arising from delusion, such as eye diseases, mirages, dreams, echoes, illusions of the city of Gandharvas, magic, lightning, water bubbles, and the transformation of magicians. As it is said in the Samadhiraja Sutra: Magicians can transform various images such as horses, elephants, and chariots. To this, as it is
