It pierces into la. On the right and left are ro kyang, white and red. Because it is reversed in the woman herself, kyangma is on the right. The bluish-gray central channel, in the lineage of the two. Twenty-one knots are made. There, when the consciousness of the intermediate state, together with the life-force wind of the base of all, is combined to be born in the three realms. Consciousness and awareness take the four formless realms, such as infinite space, as their object, and being born there is the formless realm, that is, the mind-body. Being born in the four meditations is the form realm, because coarse desire and attachment have been destroyed, so it is a miraculous birth. In short, those born in the twenty places that possess from one to five realms are all born with ignorance. The six realms of the desire realm possess six realms, have differences of subtle and coarse, and possess four places of birth. Among them, here, when people born in the three continents first grasp the state of the womb, first the two eyes and the umbilical cord knot are formed. From that, transformed into the power of essence, the central channel, the bluish-gray one, which corresponds to the situation, with the upward end of the life-force wind reaching the crown of the head, the essence obtained from the father dwells in the nature of the letter (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: హం), and the downward end pierces into the secret place, the red element obtained from the mother dwells in the nature of the letter (Tibetan: ཨ་ཐུང་, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿), between which the life-force wind, the basis of all, dwells, like the sky. Moreover, that which is below the navel is called the lotus-possessor, it is the channel that descends the white element and generates bliss. For women, it is covered by the five aspects, so the seed does not actually leak out, and the bliss of contact increases again, so even if youth declines, they do not know satisfaction. On its right and left are the two ro kyang channels, the white roma generates the body and bodhicitta, and performs the function of expelling and collecting blood and feces. The left red kyangma generates speech and blood, and performs the function of expelling and collecting urine. In the "Brief Explanation of Empowerment," it says: The path of the moon is the feces channel. The sun is where urine flows out. From equality of birth and death and desire. The seed of Rahu flows out. So it is said. For women, these two channels exist in reverse, from kyangma to the channels of the five aspects, due to its function, there are thirty-two more kinds of diseases and deceptions than for men, as well as the uterus and. There are more kinds of worms, and the channels change, so menstruation comes.

Moreover, "Rom" refers to the fact that if left in its natural state, it cannot function, so it is similar to "weak." If one strikes the key point through dependent origination, then this channel is the nature of bliss, so there is no thought, and for the Dharma nature that should not be attended to in the mind, it becomes like tasting the flavor of food, so it is called "Roma." If this channel is straight, then the qualities of the body are complete; if it is crooked, it will become bloated; if it is thick and thin in the upper and lower parts, then the form is not beautiful. If the inside of the channel is wide, then the appetite is large; if it is small and crooked, then it will vomit and not eat, and sudden diseases of various kinds will occur. It can take in food, and it can distinguish the essence and dregs of the parents' essence and blood, and make them excrete. The so-called "Kyangma" refers to the fact that if it is left in its natural state, it is not connected to others and exists like a single stalk, so it is "Kyangma." If one is skilled in the instructions of the essential points, then this channel is the nature of emptiness, so it is the Dharma nature. Because the experience of being free from conceptualization arises, it does not possess the branches of conceptualization, so it is "Kyangma." If this channel is straight, then the speech is pleasant and the expression is clear; if branches appear, then the voice is hoarse and the expression is not clear; if it is crooked, then it will make a goose-like sound; from the folds, overlapping and trembling will arise. If this channel is thin, the body is warm; if it is wide, the body is cold. "Uma" from the point of view of the state, because it is located in the middle of the two (Roma and Kyangma), so it is "Uma"; from the point of view of Dharma nature, because it is far from the edges of both existence and non-existence, so it is the nature of non-duality of bliss and emptiness, so it is called "Uma." Moreover, from the point of view of the state of conventional truth, if the nature of the channel is thin, then the thirst is small, if it is wide, then the thirst is large, if it is crooked, then the mind is agitated, and it will manifest various unreal activities. If it is uneven in thickness or changes mutually, then various obstacles will arise that make the three doors of body, speech, and mind not free, because it is the basis of life and all winds. Therefore, these three channels are the root of all channels, so the word "Ma" is added. Measuring from the point of view of function, blood, serum, and bodhicitta flow from Roma, and if one is skilled in the function of bindus, then the function of the body will be exhausted, attachment to food will be cut off, and one will live on the food of meditation. The essence of the four elements and the wind of wisdom flow from Kyangma, and if one is skilled in the key points of the channel, then one can purify the function of speech, and cut off attachment to clothing. The nature of hitting the key point, the ultimate Uma, is like erecting a crystal pillar, it is the empty and transparent nature of light, and if one is skilled in the key points of the wind, then one can subdue the function of the mind, eliminate attachment to thirst, dreams...
