The tantra of the part. Bodhisattva (Sems-dpa'), Bodhisattva Mother (Sems-ma), Vidyā-mantra (Rig-sngags), Dhāraṇī-mantra (Gzungs-sngags) deities. Acting as lord and servant, behaving as brothers and friends. Even the practice of acting as lord and servant is done without self-generation, placing oneself in a lower position. Some have it, but mainly show the front generation. External actions mainly involve bathing and cleanliness. After practicing in the manner of superior and inferior, one desires accomplishment. Moreover, generally, the classification of mantras includes Vidyā-mantra, Dhāraṇī-mantra, and Secret Mantra, which are the means (Thabs) and wisdom (Shes-rab), and the nature of non-duality (Gnyis-su-med) abiding in three states, as stated in the tantra that realizes the intention. The classification of all secret mantras is as follows: It should be known in three aspects: Vidyā-mantra is the nature of means. Dhāraṇī-mantra is the nature of wisdom. Secret Mantra is non-dual wisdom. As it says, the outer ones are those who cultivate means and wisdom in sequence, merely the generation and completion stages. Moreover, the tantras of action and conduct are the Bodhisattva (Sems-dpa'), Bodhisattva Mother (Sems-ma). The deities of Vidyā-mantra and Dhāraṇī-mantra, these are the two ways of practicing as lord and servant, and as brothers and friends. Firstly, the action tantra belonging to Dhāraṇī-mantra is, from "The Lamp of Three Ways": Due to the habitual imprints of previous lives, without places in forests devoid of people, bathing and drawing mandalas, offerings and fire offerings, asceticism and recitations, etc., it is not possible to keep the mind in equanimity, therefore the action tantra is taught. Furthermore, those who have minds strongly attached to suchness will also attain wisdom through the actions spoken by the Sugatas due to the power of faith, therefore it is dependent on actions. For these, since the branches of action are not very many, the root tantra is taught. So it is said. The root tantra here has the same meaning as the conduct tantra, therefore the teacher Buddha Secret calls it the conduct tantra, although it has this name, the essence is not different, because it is in accordance with the explanation that it is combined with action and yoga, and in the commentary on the Jewel Heap it is also said that the action tantra is special or the tantra of both, the intention is only that much, otherwise the source of specifically distinguishing the root tantra Manifest Enlightenment of Vairocana and the explanatory tantra Elephant Play, etc., as tantras that equally show is the Compendium of Conduct.

It is merely following the third chapter. As it is said in the Rangshar Tantra: "View is viewed with Yoga, conduct is practiced with Kriya. Therefore, it is known as the Tantra of both." Thus it is. Among them, the path of the Action Tantra is summarized by the four doors of relying on the conduct of the brave: the entering conduct, making the empowerment a vessel; the conduct of conduct, propitiating the deities of the three families; the accomplishing conduct, diligently reciting with the completeness of substances and conditions; the accomplished conduct, accomplishing the Vidyadhara Khechara, where the deity and oneself are inseparable, and on that basis, practicing the six perfections of mantra, ultimately uniting the ultimate fruit with the body, speech, and mind of the deity, thereby realizing the state of Vajradhara of the three families. As it is said in Heruka Galpo: "In seven lifetimes, one becomes a Buddha, the protectors of the three families tame beings." Thus it is. Since the time of accomplishing Vidyadhara exists for each kalpa, the seven lifetimes here and the attainment of fruit in eight great kalpas as stated in the Action Tantra itself should be understood in combination. Among them, in the Action Tantra, the practice of internal samadhi is not completely absent either. Many external branches of action, such as fasting, are regarded as a means to accomplish meditation. As it is said in the Brave Tantra: "Having eaten at the right time and bathed at the right time, rosaries, flowers, lamps, incense, and perfumes, having offered offerings without meat and alcohol, sitting on a cushion of kusha grass, begin the recitation." Thus, for the sake of accomplishing the bliss of meditation, the Tathagata subsequently taught fasting. Thus, it is said in the Tantra: "The purity of body and speech, the third is the purity of mind, the fourth is speaking truthfully, the fifth is explained as external purity." Therefore, the purity of mind can be summarized as samadhi. Since the means is not obstructed, the separate explanation of fasting and deity practice cannot be refuted either. Thus, in the explanation of the Ornament of Clear Realization, it is also said: "Although the Action Tantras and others are mainly external practices, internal practices are not completely absent." Thus it is said. Among them, becoming a vessel for cultivating the path is done by the action of empowerment, and after becoming a vessel, the way to purify samaya and vows
