As thought. Times also follow their respective shares of fortune. It appears that way to beings in impure realms. Although the realms of sentient beings are inconceivable, considering that they are gathered into six classes of beings, from the various emanations of the six Thubpas (capable ones) who subdue them, It also appears as an emanation. In the realm of the gods, from the Four Great Kings up to Akanishta, Brahma and, Indra and, Sudatta and so forth, the lords of their respective abodes teach the Dharma of abandoning sins to the continuums of their retinues in accordance with the respective languages of sentient beings, or, alleviate suffering. Similarly, in the human world, the manner of subduing through the forms of those with attachment and aversion, such as Shravakas and, Pratyekabuddhas and, Bodhisattvas, or Dharma individuals; or Chakravartins and, local kings and, Brahmins and, hunters and, prostitutes, etc., is also as follows. As it says in the Bhadrakalpika Sutra: "He whose nature is free from attachment and aversion, Yet shows himself as attached to those with attachment, Shows himself as wrathful in order to subdue the wicked, I pay homage to that guide who subdues through skillful means." Thus it is. Similarly, for Asuras, there is the Thaksang painting, for birds, the wooden horse, the peacock king appearing as gold, and so forth, and for carnivorous beings, the lion king's firm vow for the sake of wild animals, Sharabha and, Kunda and, for hell beings, the wall pillar, pretas, etc. In short, examples clarified in the continuums of past individuals can be cited as examples. The forms of the six classes of beings, each conforming to the subduer, are boundless, and the manner in which they appear as various kinds of abodes and happiness and suffering, as stated in the Sutra of Golden Light: "The Buddha Bhagavan is inconceivable, The Tathagata's eternal body, For the benefit of sentient beings, Shows various kinds of adornments." Thus it is. Similarly, the categories and terms of the Dharma of the Great and Small Vehicles are also not fixed. In whatever place abandoning sins and temporarily and ultimately benefiting sentient beings is concerned, in the dangerous Jambudvipa, the evil Mara sits on a precious throne and teaches the Dharma, and that itself is established in the Buddha's Sutra Pitaka. Likewise, in whatever place, at the time of the gathering of the interdependent origination of the teacher and retinue, the Dharma heard in accordance with the respective fortunes of sentient beings is also not fixed. Why is that? The Tathagata's teaching

When distinguishing from the perspective of causes and conditions, the three types of teachings—those spoken from the mouth, blessings, and permissions—are definite. Among them, in the Dharmakaya realm, the ultimate Akanishta, the teacher Samantabhadra speaks with the wheel of the ocean of wisdom, from his own essence; the Bhagavan Vajradhara and others speak to the retinue of self-appearing wisdom in the five perfect Sambhogakaya pure lands of densely arranged Akanishta, and in the secret Akanishta, the lotus of Vajravarahi, etc., in a way that is beyond words and expressions; in the Nirmanakaya realm, in different realms, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni speaks to the four types of retinues in a way that is well-organized with words and phrases. Secondly, the teachings blessed by the body, such as when the Bodhisattva Vajragarbha's head was touched by the (Buddha's) hand, the courage to explain the Dasabhumika Sutra arose, like the questions of Vimukticandra. The teachings blessed by speech, such as when (the Buddha) said to Manjushri, "Pacify Ajatashatru's regret," from which that sutra arose. The teachings blessed by mind, such as when the Bhagavan remained in the samadhi of profound appearance, blessing Shariputra and Avalokiteshvara, so that the two of them asked each other and answered each other, and the Heart Sutra arose. That which arises naturally from the blessings of spontaneously accomplished qualities and activities, as stated in the commentary: "By the blessings of this teacher, birds or trees, pebbles, lotuses and wish-fulfilling trees, also that which arises from the great drum, because of the Victor's blessings, these are called teachings." Similarly, it is also explained in the Arali. In short, whatever is accomplished as the substance of the teachings, whether it appears in the form of a Dharma speaker, a man, a woman, a boy, a girl, etc., all of these arise from the power of the great activity of the Tathagata, from the teacher himself, and not from their own power, therefore, the way in which they are established as teachings. As stated in the Compendium: "Whatever Dharma the Victorious Shravakas show, all such teachings, explanations, and those endowed with reasoning, proclaiming excellence and happiness, and obtaining its fruit, all of these are Tathagatas."
