There is no movement. Clarity dawns upon the appearance of appearances. Like a face and a mirror, liberation is the liberation of both. When the movement of consciousness vanishes into emptiness, seeing and knowing are not different. It is liberated upon its own ground. Thus it is said. Moreover, the Great Omniscient One divides it into seven kinds of excellent methods. Among them, from the aspect of the main practice, there are three key points for posture, three key points for space, and three key points for appearance of objects. First, whichever of the three key points of posture is adopted, it should not be too tight or too strained, nor should it be too loose. One should seek a comfortable posture that is spacious, so as to eliminate the faults of twisted channels and disturbed winds. Generally, in the lower stages of completion, breathing is done through the nostrils, and clear images are visualized. Although conceptual thoughts are temporarily stopped, they cannot be completely stopped. Furthermore, filling the four chakras and so on, and drawing down the wisdom of bliss, is mostly artificial, as bliss is augmented by emptiness. Moreover, all innate predispositions are closely related to the mind of the desire realm, so it is difficult to cut off the seeds of samsara, and illusions are likely to arise from the faults of disturbed winds, scattering, stagnation, and dullness. Here, allowing the winds to purify naturally, rather than making increase the path, the reason for exhaling naturally from the mouth is that, in the introduction, it is said: The support of the mind is the body of flesh and blood, the upper part of the body. The place is in the lungs. The path is a small tube-like channel connecting the lungs to the throat. From there, the upward flow of breath is the path of the mind. The receptacles are the gate of desire and the two nostrils, three in total. The consciousness of desire arises from there. The nature of the mind itself is the movement of breath in and out, accompanied by conceptual thoughts. Son of lineage, all that arises from the mind and mental factors is the cause of samsara. Thus it is said. Therefore, in order to let the movement of the wind, the mount of the mind, cease naturally, gently draw the wind from the mouth in a natural way, and then release it as it is. By this key point, the wind, like the mount of the mind, is released outward, and like not looking at thoughts, it dissolves into awareness, thereby abiding in natural meditation. As the former said, secret.

The Sugata, the Lord of Oneself, the embodiment of wisdom, dwells in the upper part of one's own body. The abode is in the heart. The path is between the heart and the eyes, connected by a soft, entwined vein like a white silk thread, without blood or serum. That is the path of wisdom. The doors are two manifest doors and two hidden doors, making four in total. The two manifest doors are one's own two eyes. The two hidden doors are one's own two ears. One's own nature is the nature of the pure Dharmakaya, dwelling in emptiness. Wisdom dwells clearly. The essence dwells transparently. The nature dwelling in emptiness is this very awareness of oneself, where no thing or sign is established, hence the nature dwells in emptiness. The essence dwelling clearly is this very nature of one's own awareness, which is unceasingly clear. Son of lineage, this awareness, whose nature is unceasingly clear, is the intention of the Buddha. Wisdom dwelling transparently is the Buddha dwelling in the heart, covered by flesh and blood, yet not obscured, and the appearance to one's own eye consciousness is clear without ceasing. This is the transparent intention. Thus it is said. At that time, in order to dispel the obstacles of the gathering of winds, in between, one forcefully utters "Hu Ga" and expels the wind, which is the key point. If one does not know these key points, the qualities of Tögal will not arise. Secondly, whichever of the three ways of looking one adopts, one should not be too constrained, but rather incline towards a way of looking where the eyes do not move. As it says in the Uttaratantra: 'The key is that the wide rope does not move.' At this time, combine it with the three ways of looking. Thus it is said. Thirdly, the three key points of guiding the expanse are: in the three directions of above, below, and sideways, when guiding the appearance of the expanse in a slow manner, the eyes should not move except in this situation. Awareness should be clear, and thoughts should not fall into ordinariness; these three are the key points. As it says in the Tsaldzog: 'In the clear sky of the remembrance of Dharmata, clusters of five appear, golden garudas soar.' In a state free from grasping and conceptual extremes, utter "Uh!" etc., these three are taught. Fourthly, by directing the external object towards the cloudless sky, the expanse becomes clear. The internal object is the awareness-expanse lamp.
