Moreover, the Garuda, the enemy of the Nagas, also knows this, and regards what appears as a snake as an object to be seized. In order to sharpen its awareness, it swallows all beings without thinking of anything else. Therefore, if the characteristic of the object to be grasped is placed solely on appearance, then even the noble ones who are liberated from the grasper and the grasped will lose the appearance of illusion, and the appearance of blessings entering into the Buddha's knowable realm will also become invisible, and so on, there will be many faults. Therefore, appearance does not bind stones, mountains, rocks, etc., but wherever attachment to them goes, it is bound by the discrimination of the grasping mind. Therefore, Tilopa also said, "Appearance does not bind, attachment binds. Cut off attachment, Naropa!" In particular, to regard the object of appearance as mind is a great mistake. For the object of appearance exists even when it does not exist in itself, and it does not change even when it becomes self and other. Because appearance as color, etc., is contrary to mind and matter. If it is really one's own mind, then it should go back and forth with oneself, so that when one exists, it also exists, and when one does not exist, it should also not exist. Therefore, taking the object of appearance, such as earth, stones, mountains, rocks, etc., as an object, and having the first thought of attachment to it, is called appearance. If its root is cut off, then the grasper will naturally become pure. Wherever ignorance, the grasper and the grasped, are sudden occurrences. The lord of samsara, between me and mine. If the root of delusion is cut off in the absence of existence. Then the all-creating king will dissolve into himself spontaneously. Like this, the grasper and the grasped are both fabricated, sudden minds, the lord of samsara, the basis of all that is me and mine. Therefore, if its root is cut off, then the eight consciousness aggregates and the corresponding Alaya consciousness, which is non-specified, will return to the Dharmadhatu and be liberated into the original nature. As it is said in the "Pearl Garland": "The mind is all the habitual tendencies, the defilement of sentient beings. The grasped is the object, the grasper is the mind. Therefore, it is the nature of samsara. To be separated from the mind is Buddhahood, the defilement of all sentient beings is exhausted." As it is said in the "Treasury of Precious Qualities": The Dzogchen tradition, related to the unique way of abiding of the ground, samsara and nirvana

This is the section on establishing the gateway, the commentary on Chapter Eleven is complete. This is the section on showing the path of the Great Perfection of Self-Nature, the commentary on Chapter Twelve. Now, in order to establish the path of the great perfection of the noble path, which is the very nature of reality, free from mental fabrication. Whatever it may be, for the coemergent that is not sought, the great path of guidance, all the qualities of the six perfections, should be truly relied upon in the Prajñāpāramitā. That path will never become the cause of another. That is, in the last of the four stages of the path of learning, the Vajra-like Samadhi, which is gathered by the uninterrupted path, is called the wisdom of the constant edge. Measured from the perspective of the meaning of the words, it is uninterrupted because worldly conduct does not interrupt it. It is stable because all obscurations do not invade it. It is hard because it shatters even the subtle obscurations of knowledge. It is pervasive because it is non-conceptual, one taste, and its object is suchness, the general characteristic of all knowable things. The next moment of such wisdom, the path that leads to the fruit of the non-learning coemergent, also becomes the pinnacle of all six perfections, and the qualities of the perfection of wisdom also perfectly rely and abide in the very nature of the perfection of wisdom itself. In this way, foolish people say that enlightenment can be attained by only one method, namely by the method of emptiness. And they say that only the Prajñāpāramitā should be studied, and that the remaining perfections should be refuted. By what harm is this avoided? Since the Great Perfection is established at the pinnacle of the path of gradual guidance, that fault does not occur. Just as abandoning a boat after crossing the water does not refute the boat, especially for wisdom itself, the way in which the lower path is perfected is stated in the Sutra of Brahma's Special Mind Inquiry: Non-grasping is generosity, non-guarding is discipline, non-dwelling is patience, non-exertion is diligence, non-thinking is meditation, non-objectifying is wisdom. If, after realizing such wisdom, or the nature of wisdom, one still clings to the extremes of practicing the lower six perfections such as generosity, then for those...
