Na. These sentient beings are self-liberated, Because they are spontaneously accomplished from the beginning. It is said that these sentient beings, Because their essence is pure from the beginning, Seem to revel with those who are liberated. The Bodhisattva further inquired: Since the essence itself is pure from the beginning, Spontaneous accomplishment becomes unnecessary. Or, because of spontaneous accomplishment, Purity from the beginning would not exist. The Teacher spoke of the way of abiding, Although there are no words to express it, Because the sound and words of expression are separate, Because there is no establishment of what essence, Words do not harm this. In the realm of sentient beings' self-grasping, Various memories and thoughts are uninterrupted, Words' harm to essence is no different, For the sake of ultimate and conventional terms. Thus it is. Now, in order to explain the meaning of that by means of instructions, and to explain it separately. Just as the self-light of beryl, because it is not produced by the condition of deep clarity, it is not visible. Likewise, the radiance of original purity, free from objects and signs, the spontaneously accomplished outer manifestation, the vase body, because the essence is empty and the radiance is unceasing, although it dwells as the basis of all appearances, the Bodhicitta that does not move from the ground, does not appear as having characteristics and distinctions. Just as a beryl jewel, as small as a pea, is not visibly placed in the crevices of a mountain, but when it encounters conditions and the brain, it can emit its own light of deep clarity into the sky. Likewise, the basis of both samsara and nirvana, the essence, the part that is pure from the beginning or unborn, although there is no establishment of objects, signs, and colors, the part that is naturally spontaneously accomplished or unceasing, has the nature of subtle inner clarity. If it does not encounter conditions, it does not appear, like a clear and pure crystal. Just as a clear and pure crystal has its own light of deep clarity, but if it does not encounter the condition of the sun, it does not appear, so within the realm of original purity, spontaneous accomplishment, and one essence, the unbroken outer manifestation of inner clarity is called the Youthful Vase Body. In the Sixth Space it says: The appearance of self-nature spontaneously accomplished, the intention of the precious box, within the appearance of the precious wisdom, the unbroken outer manifestation that appears, is called the abiding way of the Youthful Vase Body. Thus it is. The essence is empty in unbornness, but the radiance appears unceasingly, so it is the abiding way of the basis of all appearances, the Tantra of Clear Light.

Auspiciousness! Before enlightenment became Buddha, and before non-enlightenment became sentient beings, the wisdom of self-originated awareness, without moving from its base, abides in oneness with the three appearances free from conditions. Then, again, the wisdom of awareness itself spoke this reality of its own way of abiding. O, this vast expanse of great appearance, from the great Dharmakaya that does not move, abides as the great Buddha without error. The essence body abides without ceasing, the essence does not change, the secret means do not move, do not move, do not stir, all appearances are perfected at once, all wisdoms are perfected in an instant, all bodies abide in maturity, all appearances of light are clear without being obscured. In the appearance of reality, without obscuring the means of appearance, the three of essence, nature, and compassion are uninterrupted, completely perfect is the Great Perfection. That great reality of essence also abides like a body, but the appearance of mouth, eyes, ears, etc., does not remain at all. Abiding like emptiness, but not abiding like inert emptiness at all. In the great appearance like the five lights, there is no separation into colors. Appearing without interruption, but not abiding like a connection. Contemplating as if without beginning or end, but not aiming in any direction. Appearing as if not tainted by parts, but not dividing into categories. Appearing as if uninterrupted, and at the height of a finger, there is nothing appearing above or below. The appearance of nature is: appearing as vast but without partiality, appearing as clear but without substance. Appearing as blue but not divided, appearing as white but not holding to categories, appearing as yellow but with perfect qualities, appearing as red but with uninterrupted understanding, appearing as green but with perfect qualities, abiding in the five colors themselves but not holding to colors, this is the great. Like a circle but without shape, without cessation but without conditions, without pervasiveness but with great self-radiance, self-illuminating but including inside and outside, without effort or practice but naturally accomplished. The appearance of compassion is: appearing as emptiness but with uninterrupted clarity, without elaboration but with great elaboration, the nature is uninterrupted, the various uncertainties are great, in the light there is no darkness, without cessation is great, naturally increasing is universally holding, unmixed is completely appearing, all
