Commentary on "One" Now, in order to explain the Great Perfection of Naturalness, which is the pinnacle of all teachings, the Victorious Ones proclaimed the three liberations in the intermediate turning of the wheel. The essence of what is to be taught is individually self-knowing. In the realm of sentient beings, the essence of the Sugata-garbha naturally abides and is known as the Great Perfection. In this context, the intermediate turning of the wheel establishes all phenomena through the three doors of liberation as a means of liberation from clinging to antidotes. The door of liberation of emptiness is such that even in the nature of phenomena, there is no object of fixation, and it is characterized by being utterly devoid of the nature of extremes. Because true entities and the objects of conventions do not exist, not even a particle that is established by its own nature can be found. The door of liberation of signlessness is characterized by peace, because elaboration, signs, and even a small cause are not found. The door of liberation of wishlessness is characterized by transcending suffering and delusion, because by focusing on those characterized by suffering that involves manifest activity, and by properly following them with wisdom, there is nothing whatsoever to be wished for in terms of results. As it is said in the Root Verses: The characteristic of emptiness is being devoid of fixation and utterly separate. Signlessness is peace itself. The third characteristic is said to be suffering and delusion. Thus, the three doors of liberation are also included in the three: ground, path, and result. The door of liberation of emptiness is the ground that transcends the extremes of existence and non-existence. The door of liberation of signlessness is the path because it does not abide even now. The door of liberation of wishlessness is the result because it does not conceal dependence on the future. It does not abide in the present, and the past and future do not exist. Where these are not found, that is called non-apprehension. Thus, the characteristic of non-apprehension is also the view of equality of the three times, which, from the aspect of the non-conformity of the essence, is devoid of conceptualization; from the aspect of the non-conformity of the object, there is no appearance of signs; and from the aspect of the non-conformity of the subject, by way of being free from delusion, it uproots the cause and effect of existence. As it is said in the Ornament of Clear Realization: Not on this shore, not on the far shore, not on the edge of the water. These do not abide in between. It is called the equality of all times. Wisdom to the other

Wishing to become Tara. Thus it is said. Regarding such a view, in the state where it is externally imputed by the intellect and the discriminating wisdom, the mind's actual clinging, which is connected by the boundary of sectarian commitment, cannot be averted by anything other than the sharp reasoning of the Prasangika, therefore, understanding the view of bliss as the object of sound concepts and clinging by means of mental speculation, and when proving it without contradicting the path of sound and words, it is like the Madhyamaka Prasangika. Even so, in the state of inwardly abiding in equipoise, hearing is the residue of words, understanding is conceptualization, and experience has become guesswork, therefore, regarding the emptiness that does not see any meaning of the negation of inherent existence, which is explained by the collection of intelligence, the intention of the intermediate wheel, and the way of abiding in its nature, wanting to meditate on the nature of reality in which nothing is apprehended, relying on the blessings of the lama and the methods of the instructions, from the wisdom arising from meditation of the Great Perfection of Naturalness, realizing the last of the three kinds of knowledge manifestly. Among them, the three kinds of knowledge are according to the Mahayana Sutra: the knowledge of the divine eye, the knowledge of remembering previous existences, and the knowledge of the exhaustion of defilements. Knowledge is called wisdom. As it is shown in three categories, the meaning of the latter is that the nature of knowledge, which transcends the eight aggregates of consciousness including thought, speech, cause, and effect, abides in the wisdom of the Great Perfection of Naturalness, as it is said in Rangshar: Ema, Great Perfection Ati! Not falling to any side, the self-arisen wisdom acts on the meaning. For example, like a ferocious lion, pressing down with its claws. Great Perfection speaks its own language, subduing the lesser vehicles. Great Perfection, having spoken its own language, abides in its own meaning. In the realm of Great Perfection, there are no Buddhas or sentient beings. On the ground of Great Perfection, there is no good or bad. On the path of Great Perfection, there is no near or far. On the fruit of Great Perfection, there is no attainment or non-attainment. In the body of Great Perfection, there is no yes or no. In the speech of Great Perfection, there is no translation or non-translation. In the mind of Great Perfection, there are no objects or signs. In the space of Great Perfection, there is no exhaustion or emptiness. In the place of Great Perfection, there is no high or low. In the Dharma of Great Perfection, there is no practice or non-practice. In the power of Great Perfection, there is no completion or non-completion. In the play of Great Perfection, there is no appearance or non-appearance.
