Also, they act with the karma of dwelling long in the uninterrupted hell, so in order to dispel them, one must intend to punish them with a mind that grasps the meaning, and if one does not do so and is patient and tolerant, then, as mentioned earlier, the vows will be broken. As it says: "One should turn away from the wicked, either with objects or with mantras, or with wheels or with samadhi, or with medicine, one should also act. If one does not do so, the vows will surely be broken." Thus it is said. Therefore, in the Vinaya Commentary, it says: "However, if those who cause harm to the Three Jewels, even if prevented, do not repent, then one should pray to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, generate great compassion, and act as it is said." Thus it is said. Furthermore, the seven transgressions and the three lower realms that experience the fruits of suffering, although mentioned only in a general way as objects of taming, it is considered that their respective consciousnesses are able to transfer their abode to pure lands, and that they possess the direct perception of knowing the past and future, so those who engage in the causes of evil destinies are able to prevent bad results and shorten them; and those who experience the results are able to be surely liberated from bad places. As the former says: "Can a yogi, through the transference of the body, be reborn in the heavens or in a pure Buddha-field? Only those who possess a consciousness of complete immersion can do so." Thus it is said. Therefore, for those who cannot do so, not performing manifest actions is not said to be a root downfall, because in the Root Tantra of Manjushri it says: "Therefore, the practice of mantras should not be done with manifest actions. The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas have completely forbidden manifest actions. The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who possess supreme compassion, have great miraculous powers, and for the purpose of showing the power of mantras, have declared all actions." Because it is a natural law that those who do not possess bodhicitta and signs are overwhelmed by anger, therefore, the way in which the actions of manifest behavior throw beings into hell, as it says in that very scripture: "The son of a Brahmin accomplished the wrathful one, who is called the Lord of Death, in the sky he also accomplished it, he was overwhelmed by anger, he cut off the lives of beings." And "The mantra of that..."

The power of the earth is that, This body relies on the Asura. After the Asura enters this body, It can live for a long time. After this body decays, It will also fall into the Avici Hell. As "Tsanaga" said, after accomplishing the Lord of Death, due to the entry of the Asura, he lived long and manifested in the world, but eventually fell into hell. Eleven, measure the nameless Dharma with valid cognition, Like the selflessness of Dharma contradicting consciousness and matter. With an attachment mind, viewing aggregates as emptiness, Is to measure the doctrine of non-origination with discrimination. Therefore, if one wishes to accomplish the Buddha-nature that is inseparable from the Suchness of realizing the emptiness nature and the selflessness of Dharma, then one should not measure the realm that does not abide in the path of names, sentences, and letters with the discrimination of consciousness and thought, and cling to the nihilistic emptiness measured by the characteristics of the five aggregates. Because clinging to the view that the nature of the five aggregates is emptiness is deviating from the secret meaning that the nature of the five aggregates is emptiness. As the Sutra of Holding the World says: "Not knowing the nature of the five aggregates, not knowing that the characteristics of the five aggregates are emptiness, they argue with me." In short, the doctrine of non-origination does not abide in the object measured by discriminations such as comparing it to emptiness. As the General Sutra says: "The Lord of Lanka, that secret realm, has no analogy in the world. For the sake of a temporary and near example, it can be compared to space, but even space cannot be compared to it. There is no more manifest analogy in the world than space, so one should look to space to understand it." Therefore, even if one only views it as an illusion, if one still clings to the name, metaphor, and nature of the illusion, and is accompanied by discrimination, failing to escape the real clinging to the three wheels, yet claiming to be the doctrine of pure view, if one thinks like this in one's mind, then one has committed a root downfall. As the Gur Sutra says: "The nature of Dharma cannot be measured." If someone says that for a person who has entered the path, the self-grasping of Dharma will not arise unless one attains the eighth Bhumi in the Paramita vehicle, or attains the co-emergent wisdom of meaning in the Mantra vehicle, otherwise one cannot avoid regression, so it cannot be accomplished. This is true, but it is precisely because it cannot be accomplished that it is listed as a root downfall, not because it is thought to be so.
