From these veins, in order, the elements of teeth, nails, hair, body hair, skin, tendons, flesh, bones, liver, heart, eyeballs, gallbladder, lungs, intestines, stomach, and abdomen are produced. What the slanting one said is the cause of the outflow, in order: semen flows out, separating essence and dross, and the cause of the outflow of pus, phlegm, blood, dust, fat, saliva, mucus, etc. These twenty-four elements merge into it and become dross. Among them, the essence of the enjoyed things is white matter.

Yes, the substances of food, through the actions of fire-equalizing wind, phlegm-digesting, and bile-coloring, are burned, melted, and purified, separating essence and dross. The essence, passing through the four major veins, becomes great blood, and then circulates in all the veins. Blood generates flesh, flesh generates fat, fat generates bones, bones generate marrow, and marrow generates semen, which are called the seven bodily nutrients. In particular, the white essence makes the hearts of all beings happy and generates the three poisons of attachment, hatred, and ignorance, thus becoming the basis for generating samsara. If, relying on the methods taught in the Ocean of Tantras, it is bound in a non-leaking state, and the sixteen joys, divided into four sets of four joys, are firmly remembered, then the functions of the different veins will be purified, and all the veins will enter the central channel. Previously, the coarse wind, accompanied by conceptual thoughts, circulated twenty-one thousand six hundred times in a day and night, being the nature of the twelve junctures of time. When the merit of equally descending into the central channel is attained, all the winds are also brought under the control of the wisdom wind, and ultimately become immutable. Similarly, relying on the transformation of the collection of elements and bindus, the appearance of aging and decay, and ultimately the appearance of death, if one can combine the bliss of the upper retention with emptiness, making it immutable, then these elements will also naturally rise upwards, thereby exhausting all the dross, and thus transforming into a vajra body, as stated in the Thalgyur: The qualities of this are beyond words, there is no aging or death, youthfulness is restored and beauty enhanced, it becomes a great source of nourishment. Thus, the twenty-four places are unanimously agreed upon by the new and old tantras to be combined with the ten places of Heruka, and in accordance with the order of the stages of the path. In the Two Examinations it says: Place and near place, field and near field, Chando and near Chando, likewise gathering and near gathering, drinking-cutting and near drinking-cutting, cemetery and near cemetery, these are the thirteen places. Apart from the two drinking-cuttings, there are four each for place and near place, and two each for the remaining eight, thus there are twenty-four places. If considered from the perspective of the ten grounds, in the Sambuta it says: The place is the ground of great joy.
