The uterus and the types of worms increase, and the veins change, then menstruation will come. The so-called "Roma," if left in its natural state, cannot function, so it is like a corpse. If it is struck at the key point through dependent arising, then this vein is the nature of bliss, so for the Dharma nature that has no thoughts and no mental fabrications, it is like tasting the flavor of food, so it is called "Roma." If this vein is straight, the qualities of the body will be complete. If it is crooked, it will become bloated. If the top and bottom become thick and thin, the appearance will not be beautiful. If the inside of the vein is wide, the belly will be big. If it is small and crooked, it will vomit and not take food, and sudden diseases of various kinds will occur. It can take food, and separate the essence and dregs of the parents' essence and blood, thus causing diarrhea. The so-called "Kyangma," if left in its natural state, is not related to other things and exists like a solitary being, so it is called "Kyangma." If one is skilled in the instructions of essence, then this vein is the nature of emptiness, so it is Dharma nature. Because the experience of non-discrimination arises, it does not possess the branches of discrimination, therefore it is "Kyangma." If this vein is straight, the speech will be pleasant and the expression will be clear. If branches appear, the voice will be hoarse and the expression will not be clear. If it is crooked, it will make a goose-like sound. Due to wrinkles, there will be mumbling and trembling. If this vein is thin, the body will be warm. If it is wide, the body will be short. The so-called "Uma," if from the perspective of the state, because it is located in the middle of the two, it is called "Uma." If from the perspective of Dharma nature, because it is far from the two extremes of existence and non-existence, it is the nature of indivisible bliss and emptiness, therefore it is called "Uma." Moreover, from the perspective of conventional truth, the nature of the vein is thin, and thirst is small. If it is wide, thirst is great. If it is crooked, the mind will be cunning, and it will manifest various illusory activities. If it is thick and thin or changes with each other, various obstacles will occur that make the three doors not free, because it is the basis of life and all winds. Like this, these three veins are the root of all veins, so the syllable "Ma" is added. If measured from the perspective of function, blood, serum, and bodhicitta flow from Roma. If one is skilled in the function of bindus, the function of the body will be exhausted, cutting off attachment to food, and sustaining life with the food of meditation. The essence of the four elements and the wind of wisdom flow from Kyangma. If one is skilled in the key points of the veins, the function of speech will be perfected, cutting off attachment to clothing. The nature of striking the key point, the ultimate Uma, is like erecting a crystal pillar, empty and transparent, is the light of...

Because it possesses self-nature, if one is skilled in the key points of the winds, one can subdue the mind, eliminate the attachment to thirst, and cut off the continuation of dreams. Ultimately, because it utilizes the meaning of the clear light of the Dharma-nature that does not abide in the two extremes, it is also called the Middle Way. Moreover, for those who have previously practiced and possess merit, this channel is transparent, so whatever they think will turn into good deeds. With great wisdom and a subdued mind, the qualities of the path can also arise easily. If it is not abandoned, then the channels will be accomplished before the body is accomplished, and if the channels are accomplished, then the stable winds and wisdom that rely on them will also be accomplished. Therefore, to be liberated by the key points of the profound path of skillful means, one must understand the state of the Vajra body, as it is said in the Madhyamakavatara: 'The key point of the body is the crown, the place and arrangement will change, it is the basis of the wheels and the life force of the body, the name and distinctions, the cause and conditions, the actions of activity and the nature, from the afflictive emotions and wisdom, appearing through reliance on the path, the differences of diseases and elements, distinguished by the boundaries of the place of disturbance, pressing causes obstruction, binding causes entanglement, oppression makes it the key point, contraction makes it clear, bending makes it latent, straightening makes it known, pushing makes it empty, and force makes it seized. In this way, through the key points of the channels, the key point of the Buddha can also be symbolized.' So on and so forth. The reason for this is that the great scholar Vimalamitra's 'Dum Dum Thrig' and the 'Supreme Vehicle Jewel,' which extensively analyzes the nature of the channels, places, and wheels, explain it very clearly, so I will only say this much here. In this way, the three channels, like the life force of the body, reside within the place of dwelling, and the three letters of body, speech, and mind reside like the main and attendant deities. Thus, externally, they become the three of body, speech, and mind, internally, they become the three afflictions, and secretly, they become the support of body, speech, and mind. Such a central channel, with the two channels of the left and right separating from the navel, exists in the kidneys and other places in the form of twenty-one knots, as stated in the Kalachakra Tantra, Wisdom Chapter: 'The channels bound by threads, the three paths of life and downward cleansing.' So on and so forth. Among them, the ends of the twenty-four major channels that branch out from the channels bound like iron chains of the three paths of downward cleansing, there are channels like arrows, which are close to the place due to the differences of body, speech, and mind, and together with the twenty-four elements that arise from them, they are accomplished as the twenty-four inner places.
