It is shown in two ways: For those who are not attached to desirable qualities, the Bodhisattva Vehicle is taught; for those who cannot abandon desirable qualities, the special method of the Mantra Vehicle is taught. Until the path of seeing arises, cultivate and practice the potential of each of these two paths. Once it arises, because there is no duality in its essence, in the Bodhisattva ground it is known as the non-conceptual wisdom of the path of seeing. In Mantra, it is known as the stable great seal, the supreme accomplishment. Unlike the Characteristic Vehicle, which relies only on one method and does not endure long periods of hardship by engaging in both abandonment and counteraction, here, the Mantra Vehicle possesses inconceivable methods. In the path of the generation stage of the deity yoga, the palace is Vairochana, the subsequent arising is Vajradhara, the empowerment is Akshobhya, the offering is Amoghasiddhi, the praise is Ratnasambhava, and the tasting of nectar is Amitabha. By fully practicing these six branches, the five distinct wisdoms and the six aspects of the mind of enlightenment perfect the accumulation of merit, thereby perfecting the qualities of the ground in one lifetime. As stated in the Vajra Tent Tantra: Having perfected the abode of the Buddha, it is the actual bliss of Samantabhadra. Meditating on the five aspects, one becomes the means of accomplishing the self-deity. Similarly, in the arrangement of the mandala, offering, praise, tasting nectar, etc., practicing through this sequence is considered the yoga of the six branches. Thus, the common aspect of the two extensive generation stages is being bound by the four seals, empowerment, and the three ways of sealing. The first is the immediate action after invoking the wisdom being, with one's own mudra and the vajra hook (藏文:བཛྲ་ཨངྐུ་ཤ,梵文天城体:वज्र अङ्कुश,梵文罗马拟音:vajra aṅkuśa,Diamond Hook), invoke the wisdom being to the crown of the commitment being. With the vajra noose (藏文:བཛྲ་པཱ་ཤ,梵文天城体:वज्र पाश,梵文罗马拟音:vajra pāśa,Diamond Noose) and the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,Hūṃ), cause the wisdom being to abide in the commitment being. With स्फो (藏文:སྥོ་ཊ,梵文天城体:स्फो,梵文罗马拟音:spho,Sphota) and वं (藏文:བཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,Vaṃ), bind them inseparably. Thus, in generating oneself as the commitment being, the merging into one through the invocation and abiding of the wisdom being also obtains the name of the samādhi of union or absorption. The complete generation of the retinue deities is called the supreme king of the mandala, as well as offerings, praises, activities, and so on.

From the syllable "Pa," the supreme arises, which is explained as the three samādhis, serving as the interdependent cause or method for accomplishing the Dharmakāya, Sambhogakāya, and Nirmāṇakāya. In the Sambhūṭi Tantra, it says: "First is the supreme samādhi of union, which the yogi enters into. Then is the supreme king of the mandala. Then again is the king of action." Thus it is said. Secondly, in order to exhaust the elements and sense bases of the body, the initiation deity possessing the three seats is invoked, and by condensing the essence of the ritual, all four initiations are conferred, as in the commentary on the Abhisamaya of Lūhipa. However, in most cases, the initiation is conferred by the stream of water residing in the nature of bodhicitta, washing away all the stains of habit. The four initiations are obtained from the filling of the space between the eyebrows, the throat, the heart, and the soles of the feet. The remaining water swirls upwards, thereby sealing the family lord. Its purpose is, conventionally, to purify the aggregates, elements, and sense bases that are the basis of generation, and ultimately, to purify the habitual imprints of the adventitious mind. The Great Commentary on the Kālacakra states: "Here, apart from the aggregates, elements, and sense bases that are the nature of the collection of minute particles, the wisdom and primordial awareness cannot be transformed into self-awareness by mind alone. This is what the ignorant say, but it is not so. Because of the power of the habitual imprints of the adventitious mind. Here, the aggregates, elements, and sense bases are called the habitual imprints of the adventitious mind." Thus it is said. Thirdly, the Hevajra Tantra states: "The mudrā is a symbol and a sign, by which the family is represented." Thus, the sealing of the family lord is the symbolic meaning of the ground, path, and fruit of the Vajrayāna. In general, the meaning of sealing the four, such as Vairocana, with Akṣobhya is: Akṣobhya is the very nature of mind, and the aggregates that are the basis of names, such as form, are exhausted as the function of mind-only. Therefore, in order to know them also as mind, the sealing is performed, which is also called the self-seal on the self-nature. If differentiated, the main point is to know the father and mother deities as one's own mind, and sealing with Akṣobhya, the nature of mind, is the self-seal on the self-nature. Sealing the nature of the body, Vairocana, with Akṣobhya, the nature of the completely pure mind, is the mind-seal on the body.
