གས་ཚལ་ལྷ་མེའི་རྐེད་ཆིངས་ནི། །ཤིང་བལ་གཞོན་ནུའི་དྲྭ་ཕྱེད་གཡོ་བ་ན། །དྭོགས་པས་སྐྲག་པ་མིན་པའི་ཁུ་བྱུག་རྣམས། །འཁོར་བར་སྐྱོ་བའི་གཏམ་གྱི་སྤྲིང་ཡིག་འགྲེམ། །འདི་ལྟར་རི་བོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྤྱི་བོ་ནི་ཟླ་བའི་ལ་ཐོད་ཀྱིས་མཛེས་པར་བྱས་པའི་མགུལ་བ་ན་སྤང་ལྗང་བཟང་པོ་དར་ཟབ་གཅལ་དུ་བཀྲམ་པ་ལྟ་བུའི་རྐེང་ཆིངས་ཆར་སྤྲིན་བཟང་པོ་དང་། གེལ་བ་མ་ཡིན་པའི་ནགས་ཚལ་ལྕུག་ཕྲན་ གྱི་ལང་ཚོའི་ངར་ལ་བབ་པ་དྲི་ཞིམ་པའི་ལོ་མ་དང་མེ་ཏོག་གི་རྣ་ཆས་མཛེས་ཤིང་། དེ་དག་གི་རྐེད་ཆིངས་ཤིང་བལ་གཞོན་ནུས་ལུ་གུ་རྒྱུད་དུ་སྦྲེལ་བས་དྲ་བ་དང་དྲྭ་བ་ཕྱེད་པའི་རྣམ་པར་བྱས་པ་རླུང་འཇམ་པོས་གཡོ་ཞིང་བསྐྱོད་པ་མཐོང་བ་ན། འདབ་ཆགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རྗེ་བོ་མཉེན་ཞིང་ལྕུག་པའི་ལང་ཚོ་ལ་བྱི་རུའི་འདྲེན་བྱེད་འདར་ཞིང་འཕྲིག་པ་ཅན་ཁུ་བྱུག་གི་སྡེ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱང་འཁོར་བའི་རང་བཞིན་གཡོ་བ། འཇིག་པ། འཕོ་འགྱུར་ཅན། ཡིད་བརྟན་དུ་མི་རུང་བའི་མཚན་ཉིད་ལ་མངོན་པར་སྐྱོ་བའི་གཏམ་གྱི་སྤྲིང་ཡིག་གསར་པ་འགྲེམ་པས་བསམ་གཏན་པ་རྣམས་ལ་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཀྱི་བསྐུལ་མ་བྱེད་པ་ཡོད་དོ། །དེ་སྐད་དུ་སློབ་སྤྲིང་ལས། ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་རྒྱས་པས་ཉེ་བར་བརྒྱན་བྱས་ཤིང་། །རྐེད་ཆིངས་ཆར་ཆེན་སྤྲིན་གྱིས་འཁྲིགས་པས་འཁྱུད་གྱུར་པ། །རི་རྩེ་ནགས་ཀྱི་མཐོངས་དེར་ཆགས་པ་མེད་པར་ནི། །རླུང་ལྟར་གཡོ་བའི་རང་བཞིན་ཚེ་གཏུགས་སྐལ་བ་ཆེ། །ཅེས་དང་། སློབ་དཔོན་དཔའ་བོས། བུང་བ་རྒྱགས་ལྡིང་གླུ་ལེན་ཅིང་། །ལྗོན་ཤིང་ཡལ་ག་གར་བྱེད་ལ། །བྱ་རྣམས་སྙན་པའི་སྐད་ཀྱང་འབྱིན། །བསིལ་ཡབ་ངད་འཇམ་ཕྱོགས་ན་གཡོ། །ཕུ་ཆུ་ལྷུང་རྒྱུན་སྒྲ་ཡང་སྒྲོག །མཛེས་པའི་རི་དྭགས་རྒྱུག་ཅིང་བསྐོར། །མེ་ཏོག་ཚོགས་ནི་དགོད་པ་འདྲ། །ཙནྡན་སྤོས་སོགས་དྲི་ངད་ལྡན། །དགོན་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་འདི་ལྟ་བུས། །རང་གཞན་དག་ལ་ཕན་འདོགས་ཤིང་། །ལན་ལ་ཅུང་ཟད་མི་རེ་སྟེ། །གྲོགས་མང་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་སྐྱོ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་ཕལ་བ་དེ་ལྟར་མིན། །ཞེས་སོ། །དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་ནགས་ཚལ་དུ་འགྲོ་བར་བསྐུལ་བ་ནི། དེ་རུ་གཤེགས་ཤིག་བསམ་གཏན་འདོད་པ་རྣམས། །ལོངས་སྤྱོད་སྤྲིན་གྱི་བླ་རེའི་ནད་ཤེད་ན། །ཚེ་སྲོག་རོལ་པའི་གླེག་ནི་གཡོ་ཤིང་འདར། །འགྱུར་དང་སྡུག་ བསྔལ་འདུ་བྱེད་ཚོམ་རྐུན་།།། །ཕུང་ཀྲོལ་བསྐྱེད་པའི་ཆུ་ཀླུང་ཅ་ཅོ་ཅན། །གསོག་དང་བསྲུང་དང་སྤེལ་བའི་འདོད་པས་འཁྲུགས། །ལེངས་དང་འཇུངས་དང་སེར་སྣས་ཚེ་གཏུགས་ནས། །ངན་

森林女神的腰带是，当年轻的木棉半网摇曳时，并非因疑惑而恐惧的布谷鸟们，散布着厌倦轮回的故事信件。 如此，众山之顶峰，以月亮的顶饰装饰，颈项处，宛如铺开上好绿草绸缎般的腰带，美好的雨云，以及并非冰雹的森林嫩枝，青春的活力降临，芬芳的树叶和花朵装饰着耳朵。 它们的腰带由年轻的木棉以连续的方式连接，形成网状和半网状，当看到微风吹拂摇动时，鸟类之王，柔软而嫩绿的青春，珊瑚的引导者颤抖而闪烁，布谷鸟的群体也摇动着轮回的本性，毁灭，变迁，不值得信任的特征感到厌倦，散布新的故事信件，从而激励禅定者们精进。 如是《劝学书》中说：以圆满的月亮装饰近旁，腰带被大雨云缠绕，山顶森林的空旷之处，没有执着，如风般摇曳的本性，是寿命长久的福分。 又如，导师勇士说：蜜蜂饱胀飞舞歌唱，树木枝条跳舞，鸟儿发出美妙的声音，凉爽的扇子在微风中摇曳，山涧瀑布也发出声音，美丽的野兽奔跑环绕，花朵们仿佛在微笑，檀香等香气弥漫。 寺院的这种功德，利益自己和他人，不期待任何回报，朋友众多，瑜伽士为何厌倦？ 世俗之人并非如此。 如是劝勉前往那样的森林：去那里吧，渴望禅定的人们，在享受云彩般的疾病威力中，生命嬉戏的纸张摇曳颤抖，变化和痛苦，聚合的盗贼，产生五蕴废墟的喧嚣河流，被积攒、守护和繁衍的欲望所扰乱，吝啬、贪婪和悭吝伴随一生，恶劣。

The girdle of the forest goddess is, when the half-net of young cotton sways, the cuckoos, not frightened by doubt, spread letters of stories weary of samsara. Thus, the peaks of the mountains, adorned with the crest of the moon, at the neck, like a girdle of fine green grass silk spread out, beautiful rain clouds, and not hail, the tender branches of the forest, the vigor of youth descends, fragrant leaves and flowers adorn the ears. Their girdles are connected by young cotton in a continuous manner, forming a net and a half-net, when seeing the gentle breeze blowing and swaying, the king of birds, soft and tender youth, the coral guide trembles and flickers, the groups of cuckoos also shake the nature of samsara, destruction, change, weary of the untrustworthy characteristics, spreading new story letters, thereby encouraging meditators to strive diligently. As it is said in the "Letter of Exhortation": Adorned nearby with the full moon, the girdle is entwined by heavy rain clouds, the open space of the mountain top forest, without attachment, the nature of swaying like the wind, is the blessing of long life. Moreover, the teacher Hero said: Bees are full and flying, singing, tree branches are dancing, birds are making beautiful sounds, cool fans are swaying in the breeze, mountain stream waterfalls are also making sounds, beautiful wild animals are running and circling, flowers seem to be smiling, sandalwood and other fragrances are permeating. Such merits of the monastery, benefit oneself and others, not expecting any return, many friends, why are yogis weary? Worldly people are not like that. Thus, exhorting to go to such forests: Go there, those who desire meditation, in the power of enjoyment clouds like disease, the paper of life's play sways and trembles, change and suffering, the thieves of aggregates, the noisy river that produces the ruins of the five aggregates, disturbed by the desire to accumulate, guard, and propagate, stinginess, greed, and miserliness accompany one's life, evil.
