It is like being saved by an elephant extending its trunk. The sixth is that when King Ajatasatru was in power, the small kingdoms on the border rebelled. The nagas and others became angry and sent down hailstones. The country and himself were struck by a severe plague, and when he was in great suffering, because he had no resentment towards the Blessed One, he went from Shravasti to Magadha, like being saved from that suffering. The seventh is that a very poor Brahmin was farming in the morning without having eaten. The Blessed One came and happened to meet him bringing food. The Brahmin had faith and offered the food to the Buddha, pouring it into the well, and the well was filled. Then, the teacher, together with the Sangha of monks, enjoyed it, but it was not exhausted, and the well was even more full. Because of his faith, he taught him the Dharma, and he saw the truth. Later, when all the Brahmin's fields turned into golden seedlings, ears of grain, and barley. Even though one-sixth was collected for King Bimbisara, the king's share turned into barley, while the Brahmin's share turned into gold, just like becoming wealthy with possessions. The eighth is that Light Protector, by telling the story of Nyagrodha's birth, blessed him, and when the six heretical teachers were asked separately about the path of pure conduct, he knew that it was not the path. Seeing the Blessed One residing in the Mango Garden Stupa in Rajagriha, he bowed at his feet and said: "Venerable Blessed One is my teacher, and I am your Shravaka." He said this three times. The teacher promised in a way that was in accordance with the transformation, and just by that, he became ordained, fully ordained, and was included in the retinue. The ninth is that when the father and son met, King Suddhodana sometimes thought that only my son has great power and miracles, and he became arrogant and proud; and sometimes he thought that in the past the Blessed One was worshipped even by gods and asuras, but now only humans worship him, and no one else worships him, and he felt discouraged, because of these two reasons he did not see the truth. So he said to the son of the Venerable Maudgalyayana, "Let the father see," and after he commanded this, he performed four kinds of miraculous actions in the sky, thereby pacifying his arrogance. And he inspired the gods, so the assembly of gods built immeasurable palaces in the Nyagrodha Garden by the celestial craftsmen, and

Gathering all the people, the Four Great Kings guarded the gate, etc., (the Buddha) made the dejected hearts soar. Because he taught to abide in equanimity, just as King Śuddhodana witnessed the truth. Tenth, King Prabhāsa said, 'The ascetic Gautama has awakened to unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment.' Those ascetics and Brahmins, etc., who are older than him, do not dare to claim such a thing. The wise Gautama was not born long ago, and his renunciation is also recent, so wouldn't he be accused of lying?' (The Buddha) replied, 'One should not despise those who possess the marks of royalty, as well as the fire that crawls on the chest, and the monks who uphold morality, with wisdom.' (The Buddha) extensively explained these meanings, just as one rejoices with the merit of believing that the Blessed One is the all-knowing and perfectly enlightened Buddha. Eleventh, the Blessed One is peaceful, the retinue is peaceful, the Blessed One is tame, the retinue is tame. Like me, who does not harm others and also makes others abide in guarding vows. However, Devadatta said that the Blessed One is old and frail,

When the Blessed One was proclaiming in Dre (place name), urging everyone to diligently guard themselves, the Blessed One proceeded with five hundred monks. The elephant named Protector of Wealth roared. With a loud noise, it ran towards the Teacher with all its might. The Blessed One said, "Oh, wondrous one with the power of the ten strengths! Now look at the power of strength!" Having said that, he emanated five lions from his fingers, causing the elephant to be extremely frightened and flee as usual. Then, he emanated flames surrounding all directions, making it impossible to find a place to escape. Seeing that only the direction where the Blessed One was residing was peaceful and happy, it slowly prostrated at the feet of the Buddha and followed him. Finally, when circling the edge of the city, it became frustrated because it did not see the Buddha. It trampled its own trunk with its feet and died, and after death, it was reborn as a deity among the Four Great Kings. These are only to slightly recall the qualities and deeds of the Buddha, and to mention them incidentally. It is not to say that Bodhisattvas can accomplish the deeds of the Buddha. With eleven causes of perfect discipline for benefiting sentient beings, one abides in all disciplines of benefiting sentient beings. For example, in the case of benefiting sentient beings, how the Bodhisattva accomplishes eleven benefits for each sentient being according to the situation is explained by the teacher Asanga in the "Root Commentary on the Bodhisattva Grounds." Here, stinginess is the near enemy of the first five perfections, such as generosity, as well as afflictions, resentment, laziness, and savoring the taste of meditative absorption, which are the five opposing factors of each. The near enemies of wisdom are the perverted and unperverted views of the benefits of virtue, the causes of virtue, and the fruits of virtue, and the five situations of interrupting the accumulation of virtue. Having known them as they are, abandoning these five opposite situations and interruptions is the cause of the perfection of discipline for accumulating virtue. Also, in order to show the six places of examination that are spoken of, the six places of examination that are spoken of are also, examining one's own Dharma's prosperity and decline. If one does not lose the path of Dharma, one can benefit others. If one loses one's own benefit,
