To think that the transformation of the entity and the increase of qualities are not different is completely confused. Similarly, it is unreasonable to think that the transformation of the entity is a part of the qualities, because the three vows are conventional truth. As mentioned before, initially they are not mixed with each other, and each holds its own characteristics. Because it is said that way, the lower vehicle starts from the person who is established in stages, and the first one shows, considering the differences in the thoughts of sentient beings, establishes the precepts, and thinks that guarding the three vows of the antidote difference is transformation, which is completely imputed. If one does accomplished actions at that time, it becomes an irreversible situation. For example, if a Bhikshu violates a minor or major offense, from which aspect of the Hearer Vehicle or Bodhisattva Vehicle should he confess? If one wants to confess from the Hearer Vehicle aspect, since it has already been transformed, there is no reason to confess because there is no non-mixing of self-nature. If one wants to confess from the Bodhisattva Vehicle aspect, there will be no contradiction even if it is allowed, so there is no reason for the occurrence of downfall. Therefore, do not do the accomplished actions of the first one. For example: Are the vows born from body and speech tangible? The mind of renunciation is continuous, and the seed has real clinging. Without mastering the methods of transformation and path-taking, even if one enters the Great Vehicle path and receives empowerment, one is not a Vajra Holder who has attained transformation. Thus, it is taught. So, what is the standard for determining the commitment of transformation? What makes the vows pure is attention. What makes attention pure is the yoga of the deity. What makes that pure is being accustomed to wisdom. If the established downfall is a phenomenon with arising and ceasing, not clinging to its own characteristics, there is no gain or loss. The beginning is profound, and there is no contradiction in the middle. The entity is conventional, so transformation is accomplished. How it is accomplished will be explained in the context of the Mantra Vehicle. Even so, both the basis and the intention have manifestation. Possessing the three vows that are practiced through faith. If one is in difference, one guards the difference, and if one is in carelessness, one guards the carelessness. If one possesses, one increases, and if one confesses, one does so from oneself, like pulling out a boil, so confession is accomplished. Why prevent any fault if it arises? Why allow if good and qualities arise? Allowing and prohibiting do not exist on the path of words, but are accomplished in connection with the continuum of the person. Therefore, most of those born in the last of the five hundred years have little learning and do not possess the wisdom of thought.

Therefore, since one is separated from the suchness of meditation, accustomed to viewing things as real, and accompanied by conceptualizations of characteristics, the basis abides in its own continuum, and even if it is seized by a mind endowed with skillful means and great wisdom, it merely becomes faith. Therefore, although one claims to possess the three vows, one's own self, as a monk or layman, clings to the Dharma as pure liberation through things, defilements, etc., and combines the means such as appearance as a deity and great compassion with inconceivable wisdom. If the qualities of the three vows are difficult to transform into the nature of increase and are suppressed, it is like dying from a poison without mantra, and there is no fault in itself. Since one must emphasize actions related to time, one must guard against misdeeds on the path of accumulation, accumulate virtuous dharmas on the path of preparation, and mainly practice the discipline of benefiting sentient beings on the path of seeing. The scriptures also explain that the temporary actions and the ultimate vows will change, so one should know that this is very wise. Therefore, in the stage of practicing with faith, if the three vows also exist, then they exist separately; if one guards them, one guards them loosely; if one possesses them, one possesses them in an increasing manner; if one corrects them, one must correct them according to the self-tradition of each school, and this is also meaningful. As it says in the "Pure Chariot": "Thus, the Pratimoksha is taken for as long as one lives, and it is not said that one must abandon it when abandoning mantra; the Bodhisattva is taken until the essence of enlightenment, and it is not said that there are causes for decline or abandonment when one obtains mantra." Therefore, for the three vows, whatever arises from faults and sins must be prevented and restrained, and there is no prevention of increasing qualities. Therefore, it is very important to distinguish the magnitude of the power of each precept and the difference between what is allowed and what is forbidden, in general and in particular. As it says in the "Garland of Jewels": "One should treat general situations specially, and all scriptures praise this." Therefore, the objects of learning of the three vows are also mutually contradictory, or they abide in one place, like putting jewels in a clean container, etc. One should not use examples of things fabricated by conceptualization, but should understand them as categories related to the continuum of the individual. In this way, after restraining the continuum with the discipline of the vows, one learns the way of accumulating virtuous dharmas
