Moreover, as long as there is mind, action, and aspiration, initially arising from a single collection of causes, without contradiction in the middle, and finally becoming a single practice group, possessing these three conditions, it is reasonable from the perspective of material transformation and the fact that everything is different before and after. The analogy of the sun, moon, and stars gathering together also slightly acknowledges its meaning. If measured from the perspective of each holding its own characteristics, then neither the term 'tilting upwards' nor 'tilting downwards' applies. However, if one is free from the wisdom of the knower and the known, and the two above (referring to the sun and moon) become more powerful from the perspective of method and wisdom, even if the form below (referring to the stars) is not negated, it is still permissible to slightly acknowledge the lower part because the self-nature awakens to what discipline is. As the great teacher said: 'From the perspective of matter, with what mind does one do that deed? That mind has no self-nature because of separation. If one meditates that all dharmas have no self-nature, then one should know that its discipline is completely pure.' In short, the reason why all these are formed in relation to the individual's continuum, and all these forms of commitment, should be like during rituals, without mixing oneself, requiring all prohibitions to be present when guarding boundaries, and accomplishing through the wisdom of transforming places and essence. In general, distinguishing between general and special is different. Among them, the three vows are the transgressions that have been established. Without vows, there is neither special merit nor transgression. The vow

When mixed with that (referring to emptiness), the nature of its three vows will be transformed into the unconditioned Dharma that transcends the eight consciousnesses, therefore it is called the discipline of the fruition, which is to gain control over the meaning of not having good and evil in its nature. As it is said in the Sutra Requested by Sagacious Intellect: "A Bhikshu yogi, if he clings to various concepts such as discipline, and violating and guarding discipline, will experience the bliss of the gods and then fall back into the lower realms. For whom, there is neither the arrogance of holding vows, nor the arrogance of not holding vows, and there is no conceptualization, that is the pure discipline of liberation from suffering." So it is said. Although that is so, When a small stream flows into the ocean, it will be transformed into a salty taste, but on the road to travel, it is as if it does not mix its own characteristics. On the basis of the three vows, the way to destroy the doctrine of transforming into another state is: If you want the basis to transform into another state, you cannot modify it. If a downfall occurs from the perspective of the Pratimoksha vow, if you modify it yourself, it will be contradictory because the state has already been transformed. If you modify it from a higher perspective, then for that itself, because no downfall has occurred, it will be argued that no modification is needed. Like this, the creator is the mind, and that itself is good and non-good, which is karma. Because good and bad karma will produce happiness and suffering, the method of adopting and abandoning these is the vows. If one merely claims to be a Vajradhara Bhikshu with the three qualifications of entering the path, then on the level of universal consciousness, one must hold the characteristics of the three vows separately, and one's own characteristics must not be mixed. Therefore, in all cases, whoever accepts the three vows, the transformation of state will not be universally spread in their continuum. As it is said in the Pure Vehicle, some people say to protect the transformation of state, just as smelting copper ore will get copper, pouring brass ore will get brass, pouring lead and tin will become alloy. After obtaining the higher, the lower will be transformed into a state, and it is unreasonable to say that it is enough to protect only one mantra. In the First Holy One Tantra, it is said that if you despise, that is the nature, that is to say, if you despise the lower, it will be considered a downfall, and it is said that all the vows must be protected, therefore it is harmful. This is clear. Therefore, for one basis, it is also to distinguish between the general and the special that it is necessary to cite the six dharmas such as not mixing one's own characteristics, so it is like this.
