What should not be done, should not be done. What is accomplished by a yogi should not be done. What is known by the accomplished should not be done. This is considered to be the sutra or vow of the time. Now, in order to analyze the tenets of philosophical systems and explain the transformation of entities, for those who have entered into the investigation of the extremes of accomplishment: They believe that the transformation of location is one entity, they believe that one has different bases, they believe that all three are contradictory in nature and increasing, they distinguish from the boundary of giving and hearing, they believe that they are not mixed like a pile of mounds, like the three sequential gatherings of the sun, moon, and stars, they believe that the difference in ability is involved in the equal place of self-light. In this way, from the various different ways of thinking, if one examines and analyzes with the all-arising of each of the previous sides, the nature of the mind follows the discernment of thought, and the words are applied in accordance with the meaning of the example, although there is no end to the extreme of consequences, the teachings of the Thus-Gone One are like having four reliances. Even so, for the time being, while there is the involvement of the mind of the individual, the philosophical system is also related to this, so believing that the transformation of location is one entity is also suitable for liberating the continuum with the realization of the Great Perfection, because vows and non-vows are transformed from clinging to things. The Bhagavan said: Through wisdom, one obtains pure wisdom, and through pure wisdom, one perfectly fulfills moral conduct. Thus he taught. However, for the first worker who has become dependent on consciousness, it is unreasonable to think that the lower things are different, like melting copper ore to get copper, pouring brass ore to get brass, pouring lead and tin to get tinware. Because the example follows the conventional, so for those who have conceptual thoughts with clinging to things, the rain of falling will fall. One has different bases, although the meaning of wisdom is the same, but from the aspect of consciousness, the bases are established differently. As it is said in the instructions of the Middle Way: If examined by reason, it is not true, other than that it is true, therefore, how can truth and non-truth contradict each other in the same thing? It is the same as this. Believing that all three are contradictory in nature and increasing, believing that the individual who has completed the three vows, in fact, from the order of the mind, thinks that they exist on different grounds, abandoning this knowledge, because the nature is contradictory, so more

With skillful means and wisdom, it is impossible to completely suppress the most excellent one that includes things contradictory to the lower vows. As stated by the Holy Immaculate One: 'O venerable ones, just as an ox striking an elephant cannot be endured by a donkey.' It is similar to that. Furthermore, some believe that even though the Pratimoksha vows are abandoned due to the transference of the basis, only a part is relinquished, but its essence remains. Some also believe that although it is abandoned due to death and transference, its essence, being merely a vow, has been transformed into the Bodhisattva vows. This view is actually the same as the transformation of meaning and purity. For example, although it can be ascertained that the Pratimoksha vows taken with an inferior mind have themselves been transformed into the discipline of restraining the misdeeds of a Bodhisattva, the Abhidharmakosha states: 'Beings of the three continents, male and female, are born dependent on a basis and food.' etc., indicating the basis of the first birth, and 'Abandoning the vows, death, the occurrence of two sexes, the severance of roots, and the transcendence of sex, the Pratimoksha discipline is abandoned.' The explanation of the final limits of abandonment contradicts the view that the Bodhisattva vows are non-form following the Vijnanavada school and are of a different substance. This is because they are deluded by false conventional illusions, and they see the views of others who possess self-continuity as contradictory. Otherwise, there is no direct teaching or terminology of merely being a vow in the Pratimoksha in the Vinaya Pitaka. The distinction from the boundary of abandonment and attainment is intended for those who consider the small-minded to be liberated, as stated in the Tantra of the First Holy One: 'Like the sage with the chariot of the sun, for the sake of those who are small-minded and abandon profound meanings for a long time, these words are spoken at the beginning as a cause for entering the primordial mantra.' It is similar to that. Another necessary reason is aimed at monks who are lax in their conduct, such as 'The secret wisdom empowerment should not be received with celibacy.' As such, there is no specific certainty regarding the objects of negation in terms of place and time. If one were to think so at all times and in all places, and cite the reason for abandoning the lower upon obtaining the higher, then a Vajradhara Bhikshu of mantra would not arise, and it would also contradict the statement that one cannot attain Buddhahood without completing the four empowerments. Like a stacked mound, the three vows are considered to be of different substances, not mixed together.
