He also performed it in the place of 'Da' kha'. At this time, although it was the teaching of fruition, due to seeing some faults, he gave the preliminary ritual of the four karmas. Others, not long after the Buddha attained enlightenment, until now have not been allowed, it is the way of receiving full ordination. Among them, the first seven were the givers of the preliminary ritual, because there were no conditions for a complete four-karma ritual. The current ritual is the same as the activity ritual, because according to the differences between the central and border areas, the number of monks, the difficulty, there are ten assemblies, five assemblies, or in special cases four assemblies, and completion in two sanghas, and accomplishment through the order of activities. Regarding the terms central and border areas, the location is based on India. As stated in the "Verse Explanation": In Likar is a dense forest, Likar is a place where trees flourish, it is the east. The mountain called Ushiri is the dark mountain of the north. The city of pillars near the pillars is located in the west. Near the reed city, the reed river is the south. Through these, the middle areas should be known as the central region. The infinitely wise one said that the outside is the border area. Like that. Even so, now wherever the teaching of scripture and realization exists, it is considered the central region of the Dharma assembly. Among them, there are two types of precepts: time-limited precepts and permanent precepts. The first is that, in general, the basis for the arising of vows is that the Sarvastivadins believe that whether it is a man or a woman from the three continents, the object of receiving vows is only a bhikshu. Moreover, the five types of hermaphrodites, emanations, bisexuals, heretics, those who have committed the five heinous crimes, as well as fathers and mothers, those not allowed by the king, those who cannot drive away crows, those with defects in their lineage, those with yellow hair and short stature, and other physical defects that cause householders to disbelieve must be kept away. The Sutrantikas believe that vows can arise even in the body of an animal, and the object of receiving time-limited precepts is up to the level of a lay devotee and fasting. The second is the permanent precepts, which are the ritual procedures combined with the three trainings for men and the five trainings for women, as well as mastering the root text and commentary of the Vinaya Pitaka, the treatises of the Vinaya Extensive Explanation, the Abhidharma Kosha root text and commentary, etc.

Endowed with the qualities of steadfastness and expertise, especially from the perspective of what is to be tamed, taking vows without error from a Khenpo who is free from the three faults of seeing, hearing, and doubt, and who possesses a good lineage. Here, it is for the sake of distinguishing the places of learning. If distinguished, there are two types of lay practitioners: one is guarding, such as abandoning killing; on top of that, adding abandoning not giving, possessing one aspect; on top of that, adding abandoning lying, guarding mostly; on top of that, adding abandoning sexual misconduct and its parts, then they are considered lay practitioners who want to guard completely. Those who abandon the four root sins and alcohol and all five sins are known as celibate lay practitioners. Regarding this, the Vinaya does not teach a higher method of taking vows than the complete lay practitioner, so when requesting vows, one says, "Please accept me as a lay practitioner." When explaining the precepts, it is the boundary that distinguishes which lay practitioner. The vows arise at the end of the three statements, and the precepts are stated after that. One should not think that it becomes an uncertain vow, because the Sutra school might think that way. In the four Vinayas, there is no saying, "Please accept me as such and such a lay practitioner." In general, the first two statements have no meaning, and it is not because the last "Please accept me" itself has great power that it arises. The last of the three statements is a statement of the boundary of obtaining all three, and thinking that it arises is good. This is the language of establishing the oral instruction based on intention. Regarding this, the view of the Vaibhashikas is: guarding one, guarding one side, guarding mostly, and guarding all four. The first is: from the four root sins, abandoning any one of killing, not giving, sexual misconduct, or lying is guarding one. These must also be sentient beings as the object of reliance, because they are the main factor of sentient beings. On top of that, adding not giving and guarding is guarding one side. On top of that, adding lying and guarding three is guarding mostly. Abandoning half of the four root sins and alcohol is guarding all. Abandoning the four root sins, alcohol, and the five sins is a celibate lay practitioner. Regarding this, although alcohol is placed in the branch, if it is not abandoned, other precepts
