Furthermore, because of the immovability of the two perceptions, it is desired in the place of immovability. Thus it is said. The ninth of the great stages, the Good Intelligence, is such that compared to the eighth stage, one is not able to master the teaching of the Dharma in all ways by means of various distinctions such as names and definitions. In the state of the ninth stage, one obtains the intelligence of individual perfect knowledge, possessing the distinction of completely perfecting the limbs of ability. Moreover, possessing the distinction of the power of wisdom of obtaining the four kinds of individual perfect knowledge, it is therefore particularly excellent in the perfection of power. Being skilled in proclaiming the sound of all Dharmas in all ways, and having obtained the distinction of faultless intelligence, it is called Good Intelligence. Individual perfect knowledge, wise and virtuous, that stage is the Good Intelligence. Thus it is said. The tenth of the great stages, the Cloud of Dharma, is such that in the state of the ninth stage, one is not able to fully mature sentient beings in whatever Buddha-fields and assemblies of retinues, showing manifestations of emanations, and fully enjoying the Dharma. In the tenth stage, one obtains the distinction of ability, completely perfecting the limbs. Moreover, being skilled in fully maturing sentient beings through many emanations, it is therefore particularly excellent in the perfection of wisdom. Since the two clouds of concentration and dharani pervade the minds of those to be tamed, it rains the Dharma in the boundless and limitless realms of the world, therefore it is called the Cloud of Dharma. Like clouds, the two pervade the realm of space, therefore it is the Cloud of Dharma. Thus it is said. In that, raining the Dharma, etc. The manner of performing activities is only similar to the Buddha, therefore, this conduct of the Bodhisattva is equal in the world to those who have heard and followed the Tathagatas, in truly liberating sentient beings. Thus it is said. Although it is like that, in the manner of both doing and acting, if measured in terms of the qualities of the Tathagata, there is no equal example. Although it is like that, like a mote of dust and the water in the footprint of an ox in the ocean, whatever is the difference between the Buddha and the Bodhisattva is that very difference. Thus it is said. Moreover, in the moment before the tenth stage, there is a subtle obscuration of knowledge, a continuum.
